The house was built in 2010 and very tastefully decorated with modern furniture. It is located on private 200 m2 large plot and offers a lovely covered terrace with seating, BBQ Wall Surround, well-kept garden with flowers and olive trees for use alone. Covered parking in the yard and the whole property is fenced.
The cottage is suitable for 4 people, located on a 90m2 large living space spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room with exit to the garden is located, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and exit to the covered terrace with seating, barbecue and chairs, and a separate toilet. On the upper floor, the modern bedroom with double bed and exit is to the covered balcony with seating and view over the square wunderschönene on nature, bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower / toilet in the hallway. Air conditioning and WiFi are vorrhanden and included in the price.

Location and surroundings of object
This cozy house (semidetached house) is located in Vabriga, 7 km from Poreč and 800m from the beach. The Doppelort Tar-Vabriga has so far remained untouched by mass tourism, but still offers an excellent infrastructure with bars, restaurants, cafes and shopping. In just km away, the half-island Lanterna is with many beautiful beaches. Tar-Vabriga is also an excellent starting point to get to know Istria. So the coastal towns of Porec and Novigrad within 10 minutes can be reached by car. Also, the Istrian hinterland with the artists' town of Grožnjan or the historic mountain village of Motovun can be reached quickly.
