Description
Both flats are very similar and have 2-3 bedrooms, for max. 4-6 persons. No lift. At least one of the rooms has a double bed, the others have single beds. Also a large kitchen-living room with dining area and sitting area. TV and free Wifi available. Depending on the size of the flat, 1-2 bathrooms with shower/WC. The size of the flats is 60-80m² (without balcony/terrace). Fans available in the bedrooms.
The special feature of these flats is the wonderful, direct sea view! The balconies are so large that you can also dine and relax here.

Location and surroundings of object
The flats for 4-6 persons are located on the 1st and 3rd floor. No lift. The location is within walking distance, approx. 10 min. from the lively beach promenade with its restaurants and bars. There are various opportunities for swimming close to the house: a few ladders lead from the rocky beach into the sea.
Together with Xlendi, Marsalforn is one of the most popular holiday resorts on Gozo - lively in the season, but not yet overcrowded and overdeveloped. A certain originality still exists today. The 'centre' of the seaside resort is certainly the beach promenade on the beautifully situated Marsalforn Bay, where you can also go for a swim - in addition, some ladders lead from the pleasantly smooth rocks directly into the sea. Qbajjer Bay (only 5-10 minutes on foot) and Xwejni Bay (approx. 15 minutes), where you can sunbathe on the rocks, are also particularly attractive for swimming and snorkelling. The largest and most famous sandy beach, Ramla Bay, is also easy to reach by hire car.
On the beach promenade - often right by the water - there are good and nice restaurants and bars.
The main town of Victoria is around 5 kilometres away. Bus stop nearby.

Just beautiful
Very well equipped and clean apartment and absolutely nice owners! Victor and Josephine are truly wonderful, helpful and caring. We enjoyed the great view from the terrace and this beautiful village of Marsalforn every day of our stay. We will definitely be back....

Beautiful holiday
Hello Mr Witterstein,
in the meantime we are back in Germany.
The holiday was very nice, the flat was great and the landlord Mr. Camilieri and his wife are very sympathetic and always very helpful.

Beautiful holiday
Our holiday is now over and we would like to thank you once again for recommending the "Blue Water Apartment" in Marsalforn. It was a wonderful stay in the penthouse and we enjoyed our breakfast every morning with the unique view over the Mediterranean Sea. It was also a great pleasure to meet Victor and his wife who made us feel very welcome
We will definitely recommend it to others and would love to come back to Marsalforn ourselves.
