Almost directly - only a few minutes' walk away (about 300 m) - from the beautiful white sand beach and crystal clear sea of "Santa Margherita di PULA" in the coastal area "Stella Marina", which is almost only occupied by holiday homes, 1500 sqm enclosed Mediterranean garden plot. Shopping and service facilities, bars and restaurants are available within a few kilometers.
The capital CAGLIARI with airport is about 45 km away. Arrival from OLBIA about 3 hours and from ALGHERO about hours.
The idyllic tourist town PULA (about 6,000 Ew.) Is about 8 km away. The town offers every-night events in the "Piazza" during the summer months. Many recommended restaurants in the village and in the region offer delicious Sardinian menus.
Sports facilities (golf - tennis - horse riding - water sports) are offered throughout the area.
The leisure park BLUFAN with the long water slides is only a few kilometers away and offers a pleasure for young and old.
