Description
This amazing pool villa has three levels: On the ground floor is the spacious, air-conditioned living and kitchen area with dining table and corresponding seating. Cosy, inviting upholstered furniture. TV, free wifi and open fireplace. The kitchen area is well and fully equipped. From here you can access the wonderful, spacious terrace with the beautiful pool (approx. 6x4.2m). This area is equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers and parasol - wonderful for relaxing and dining!
The pool villa has a total of four very nice air-conditioned bedrooms - all with en-suite bathroom or shower/WC. The master bedroom has a double bed, the others have single beds (which can be pushed together). The two bedrooms on the 1st floor also have a smaller balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and pool area. The bedroom on the 2nd floor has a larger terrace with a great view. One bedroom on the ground floor has a window overlooking the courtyard. Washing machine and dishwasher are available.

Ghammar is one of the smallest villages in Gozo. It is located to the northwest of Victoria between Zebbug and Ghasri. Nearby (approx. 1km) is the pilgrimage church "Ta Pinu", which is well worth seeing. Supermarket about 1km. Bus stop nearby. The most beautiful and largest sandy beach of the island, "Ramla Bay", is about 5km away. Main town Victoria approx. 4km
