The child & family friendly holiday home Seitter in exclusive quiet location and with dignified equipment is to be described as new and offers on 138m2 with
4 large bedrooms
3 modern bathrooms and
a generous living/dining area
enough space to socialize for up to 8 people.
The entire upper floor and staircase enchant with their light wood paneling and give a cozy existence. There are two beautiful double rooms, each with TV, an equally charming twin room and a modern bathroom/WC with shower. The morning sun welcomes you through the large south-east facing balcony with a view of the Schmittenstein.
On the ground floor you enter through the spacious anteroom into another elegant double room with tiled stove and a modern bathroom/WC with bathtub. On the ground floor there is also the

the additional TV, table stove, tiled stove and a comfortable corner couch let you stay here for a long time in a dignified atmosphere.

For child safety, the sockets are secured and a cot and changing table are available.
Of course, all rooms of the holiday home are equipped with free Wi-Fi, so that every important message reaches you even on holiday.
For reasons of sustainability and so that many guests feel comfortable with us for a long time, we maintain a strict smoking ban and a strict ban on pets!
OUTSIDE
Already in front of the front door you can enjoy a fabulous mountain panorama at 890 meters above sea level and the generous flat green area around the house offers on 1000m2 plenty of space for sunbathing and barbecuing with the existing garden mobile in summer and for building snowmen/bars in winter.
Parents can relax and let their children play outdoors, as there is no traffic at the end of the cul-de-sac.
There is ample parking in the large driveway and wide driveway.
A garden shed offers you the possibility to lock your bikes.

Dream vacation
We are thrilled with the house and the furnishings as well as the quiet location; it offers plenty of space with large bedrooms!
By car, we were quickly in Hallein, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg, Königssee, Kitzbühel, etc.
In the evenings, we enjoyed a glass of wine or beer on the sunny terrace.
Mr. Seitter is a very friendly, helpful landlord who responds to emails very promptly. Thank you very much to Mr. Seitter for allowing us to vacation with you together with our daughter and friends from England! A special thanks also goes to Mrs. Seitter, who sent us a forgotten bag, accompanied by a nice letter!
We can wholeheartedly recommend the house!

Wonderful, very well-maintained and great location!
We spent a whole week here on our winter vacation, with Grandpa and Grandma, my wife and our 3 little children. The house is super equipped, we especially liked the kitchen - lots of space and everything available! We had excellent snow conditions and were able to enjoy the advantages of this location right on the ski slope! We would love to come back, it was a dream vacation! Becker family.
