Super relaxing vacation in top accommodation

The top-equipped holiday home in a secluded location with a large pool invites you to relax and unwind. Everything you need for living is available, with no disturbing neighbors, a completely fenced enormous property, great also for small dogs, and a spring running through the property - excellent. The access road is more suited for experienced drivers without a lowered car. The landlady is always reachable and has great excursion tips, shopping options, and restaurant recommendations ready. The breakfast service is fantastic. To Lake Garda about 20 minutes by car. We have recovered perfectly and are happy to recommend the house further.

Hidden paradise in the Brasa Valley.

Well hidden from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, Astrid's enchanting villa Casa Brasa is located in the Brasa Valley in Tremosine. Once you drive through the large red entrance gate of the villa, you find yourself in the midst of another world, where there are so many small, loving and creative details to discover. It has a touch of Alice in Wonderland. The pool is pleasantly heated and the selection of loungers is so large that you could choose a different one every day. The water from the Brasa stream is not only a refreshing treat for humans and animals, but also delicious to drink (no need to carry bottles!). If you can tear yourself (and especially the dog) away from the huge, completely fenced garden paradise, you will find a cozy holiday cottage with EVERYTHING you (and your dog) need or desire during your vacation - feel at home! If you still have a special request, just ask Astrid, she will make it happen! Bread service by Alessandra completes the holiday feeling. Otherwise, the small village with 2 grocery stores, restaurants, and a great ice cream parlor is steep but, if reasonably fit, easily reachable by foot in about 30 minutes. Limone and other places are quickly accessible by car, once you get used to the somewhat adventurous mountain roads and narrow passages. All in all, highly recommended and with potential for repeat visits. Spoiler alert: Look out of the window at night to see the little green "fairies" dancing through the grounds of Casa Brasa - beautiful!!!

Great vacation!

Everything is just perfect here - the location, the large beautiful garden with pool, stream and many seating and lounging areas, the abundantly equipped house, the daily bread delivery and last but not least the warm and helpful hostess. We - 3 people with 3 dogs - spent two wonderful weeks here in September. The vacation exceeded our expectations!

A paradise

We returned today after a week's vacation in the beautiful villa Casa Brasa. It is a paradise for humans and dogs. The house has everything you need, and the landlady Astrid is super nice and very helpful. She has an answer to any question. We can recommend the house. We will probably become repeat offenders. The surrounding area is very quiet, but you can reach Lake Garda in a few minutes.

Family vacation with dog

We spent a week at Astrid's "little" paradise. It was even more beautiful than we had imagined. The house, the garden, simply everything was a dream. Astrid had thought of so many details, so we could be completely satisfied and had no desires left unfulfilled. We received a lot of tips and excursion destinations from her and felt really comfortable. The children and the dog were able to unfold freely and truly flourished. Breakfast on the balcony with a fantastic panorama... chilling by the private pool... a great starting point for hiking and biking... a paradise for dogs... an energy oasis for the soul...
It simply offers everything a vacation needs and much more.
The house is furnished with lots of character and attention to detail... nothing is missing.
The garden is impeccably maintained and still offers endless space for nature... butterflies, lizards... olive and fig trees... a dreamlike location far away from mass tourism... yet you can quickly reach the lake, Limone, and the nearest village.

Dream vacation for two- and four-legged friends.

We visited Astrid for the first time with family, friends, and our two dogs. We immediately felt familiar and arrived in our dream oasis of relaxation with attention to detail. Astrid is a sensational hostess and quickly came close to our hearts, so we booked our next vacation at the beginning of October while we were still there. 5 stars are not enough for this sensational retreat. Everything TOP

Beautifully located, very well equipped - yay for a washing machine on holiday! Plenty of places to sit and relax in the huge fenced garden (great for dog owners). Comfortable beds and great breakfast service. Order by email in the evening in the small Supermercato in Vesio (whatever you want) and it's there in the morning! Great pool. Everything is ready and waiting. After a day of excursions or at Lake Garda, you are more than happy to return in the evening to this oasis of peace far away from mass tourism.

Carpe Diem

It's hard for me to describe the wonderful time at Astrid's, I simply don't have the words. Whether reading by the pool in the middle of unspoilt nature, mountain biking to the Tremalzo Pass, Kneipp in our own stream, fresh fruit from the nursery (on foot), top ice cream parlour (on foot), fresh trout, chops and salsitcia from the butcher, bread service .... it was awesome, without mass tourism. Thank you Astrid and I must threaten you, we will be back. 3 adults, 3 children and 2 dogs. PS hopefully the emerald lizards don't need a psychiatrist...Nero loved to scare them :-)

Recreation in paradise

In the middle of paradise

We spent 1 week in Astrid's paradise here. Unfortunately, far too short. We were there with our 3 teenagers, great-grandma, and our 2 dogs. What can I say... The fenced garden is an absolute paradise for dogs and humans. With so much love and care put into it, I would have loved to spend the whole day there. The kids and dogs can run around freely and no one minds. Simply fantastic. Unfortunately, it was still too cold for the pool, but instead, we made ourselves comfortable in the evenings by the fireplace. The house is really top equipped. Everything is simply there, from garbage bags, kitchen roll, dishwasher tabs, spices... We have never experienced anything like this before. The mattresses are great and the house is also very lovingly decorated. The landlady Astrid is always available to help with advice and action. Whether it's about making a table reservation in Italian or looking for a jogging route for the little son, Astrid is the perfect address for those seeking a well-equipped holiday home in paradise with a dream hostess.

Paradise in the mountains

We love the Tremosine area and especially the Brasa Valley! Astrid's holiday home, simply gigantic!
Crazy big property, through which the wild romantic river Brasa flows! Pure nature
Great for hiking, biking, Italian food in the nearby restaurants (a few minutes walk, but you should be good on your feet) up and down hills, past delicious fig trees. Always good for a sweet snack in between! The house is modern and very stylishly furnished, as the owner has very unusual good taste. Gourmets can enjoy the professional gas cooker and various barbecues in the garden. Great crockery in the kitchen, everything you need is there!
For children, there is a Hollywood swing and sandpit on the property and lots to discover. After getting up, first go to the stream and take a Kneipp bath to freshen up ;)
For dog owners extra great, because dogs are allowed to run free!
Super shopping facilities in the village of Vesio, butcher, supermarket, delicatessen and Italian specialities in Alpe del Garda.

Also wonderful with a baby. Even baby cot and changing mat! And and and..
In the colder months of the year, it is also simply fantastic to linger by the Swedish stove in the super cosy living room!

Simply beautiful 💁‍♀️

Already at the gate, you are greeted by the sound of the stream, where you can have a Kneipp treatment in the morning, and you can even take your delivered breakfast with you. Alessandra's delivery service is just great. The beautiful garden has been created with so many lounge and seating options. There is a swimming pond for the dogs and a pool for the owners. The house is very clean and cozy, everything is there, you really don't need to bring anything. There are also dog baskets. And a princess throne, where you can enjoy the garden in peace. A wonderful holiday in paradise.

We had two fantastic weeks (two adults, three children, one dog) at the wonderful Villa Casa Brasa, which we really enjoyed. Arriving in this "little" paradise, we couldn't stop marveling. The villa has a super nice garden that leaves nothing to be desired (children's playground, pool, many seating and relaxation options...) and is so lovingly designed that you discover something new every day due to the size of the property. Surrounded by lizards, dragonflies, and butterflies, our youngest couldn't stop marveling and was always on exploration tours. The pool is large enough and offers plenty of opportunities for fun and joy together. Our daily visits to the KneipPe at the entrance of the property were also very nice, and they certainly helped us toughen up for the German autumn. There are also no unfulfilled wishes in the house. Wonderfully furnished bedrooms, two clean bathrooms, a wonderfully large and perfectly equipped kitchen (which made my heart beat faster), and a living/dining area that is so large that you don't get on each other's nerves even in bad weather. Outside the door, there are two barbecue options (wood/charcoal+gas) (much to my husband's delight). Our two older children enjoyed a flawless Wi-Fi connection (which we sometimes had to restrict ;-) ). From the villa, there are plenty of opportunities for hiking and/or taking a walk. Astrid was here to advise us. A particularly beautiful hike was to Pieve to the viewing terrace, which we were fortunate to find strangely empty.
Now, onto Astrid and Pina: Such a nice rental team, always available and helpful, leaving nothing to be desired in terms of friendliness and warmth, we have never experienced in any other vacation. A huge thank you to you both. We will definitely come back next year!

The mill by the rushing stream is rattling

A wonderful large hillside property with many places to chill, enjoy, play, relax, and more. Great pool and superb view of the Monte Baldo massif. You can start hiking and mountain biking tours right outside the front door. The Brasa stream contains delicious drinking water, and there is plenty to discover in the garden, especially for children, such as geckos, large stag beetles, all very interesting. The landlady is very hospitable and communicative, and she helped us in many situations.

Best vacation ever

Looking for a holiday home with a pool in a quiet and secluded location. What I have found here simply surpasses everything. The house is top-notch, equipped with everything you need. The property is a paradise. The pool is fantastic, and the landlady is extremely nice and dedicated to her guests with heart and soul.

Pure relaxation!

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at Villa CASA BRASA, three ladies and five dogs. Astrid's spacious property with its terraces, spring ponds, numerous seating areas and loungers, and beautiful pool leaves nothing to be desired. The holiday home is well-equipped with a large living/dining area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms providing ample space for us and our four-legged friends. As announced, sparkling wine was ready for us upon arrival, and it tasted excellent. Thank you very much, Astrid, for the delicious drink.

The fact that it wasn't as warm as usual for May didn't matter at all, as we could take extensive walks in and around the Brasastal with our dogs.

We really enjoyed it. We would love to come back again!

Time out in paradise.

We felt very comfortable at Astrid's place. She has created a wonderful paradise. A house where nothing is missing. The colorful furnishings and the many details on the property made us happy, even though we truly did not have the best weather. The children and dogs enjoyed the spacious property. A wonderful experience

Unfortunately, my whole family and I only had a short week to experience this wonderful holiday home. At the entrance, we were greeted by a gurgling stream, and on both sides and all the way to the house, pansies were blooming. Everything one could wish for was available in the house, from the dishwasher to the large gas stove and from the coffee maker to the espresso machine. Even a washing machine was provided. The new pool was so inviting that we would have loved to jump right in, unfortunately it was still too cold. Around the house, there was a large balcony with seating where one could overlook the entire valley. Every day, fresh water could be fetched from the stream to drink. In the trout pond, we admired the trout king and his entourage. The huge property is also a paradise for dogs that can roam freely. Many tips from Mrs. Astrid led us to the most beautiful spots. I could continue telling you now, but at the end of our vacation week, we agreed that we would definitely come back to the small paradise in Tremosine.

A little paradise high above the lake

We felt very comfortable, it was wonderful to relax and recharge our batteries. There was something new to discover every day in the huge grounds, and it was a real paradise for the dogs. The weather was still good in November, so you could hike during the day and relax in the evening by the wood stove. The view is simply beautiful, the spring stream across the property the most beautiful music. The house is cheerful, colourful and furnished with great attention to detail. Whether sporty or quiet, everything is possible for everyone. We were very satisfied.

Girls, did you also like it so much at Villa Casa Brasa, asks Mr Carlson? Woof, woof, that was really great what our lead guides had chosen for Lake Garda, we were allowed to do almost everything, go swimming in the ponds every day......hmmmm and this spring water tasted super delicious! We could romp around on this huge property..........there was soooooo much to discover here, we actually didn't want to leave. That's right, says Mrs Amy, I would much rather have stayed here all day, but no, we also had to look at cities and walk on the leash quite well......but well what doesn't a dog do for its leash handlers.........which Mrs Summer and Mrs Smilla can only agree with and go for a swim together.

Yes, yes, staying here with Astrid has been heaven on earth, and not just for our dogs. We have enjoyed it very much and even had to overcome ourselves to do other things.
Dear Astrid, you have conjured up an oasis of well-being here, with a lot of attention to detail, nothing is missing........ all of which makes it damn hard for us to leave again on Saturday. We will be back

A dream for nature lovers

It couldn't be more beautiful. . .
A fig tree in front of the house welcomes us in October with ripe fruits.
Around the house, there are several retreats with sunbeds, chairs, and tables.
A wonderfully rushing mountain stream flows through the property, providing us with fresh drinking water in the morning.
In the evening, it is excellent for grilling, and if it rains, the kitchen has everything you need! A huge gas stove with an electric oven leaves nothing to be desired! MTB starts directly from the front door, and the sweaty clothes can be washed in the washing machine to be fresh for the next use. There is a storage room for the bikes. For cool evenings, the wood stove in the living room warms up, and there is also a pellet stove in the hallway. The property is huge and a true dream for our 2 dogs.

When you feel as comfortable as you do here, time goes by much too quickly! Everything was just right: the house in a fantastic location with the same kind of stream and grounds around it, where our girls let off steam in their games and we lazed the day away, the whole Garda area, wonderful October weather and last but not least the hostess, who not only made us feel wonderfully welcome with her all-round care package but also provided us with valuable tips - a huge thanks to her! The house is worth a super recommendation.

Time for shared time.

Lots of space in the house and the garden is huge with a stream flowing through the property. Spring water for drinking. Everything was perfect. WiFi and German TV channels with great reception. Also, the dogs loved it.

100% Nature - Relaxation - Rest - Vacation absolutely :-)

This year, we were guests at Astrid and PI's Casa Brasa "Oasis" for 2 weeks and our conclusion is clear:
It was our best vacation so far - especially for our 3 dogs - a true paradise!!!
Astrid is unique as a host :-)
The house is very spacious, absolutely cozy and stylishly furnished.
The many seating/lying options in the garden are great.
The stream, the bathing spot for the dogs, is a true dream. Once again, a huge thank you to Astrid and Pi for the unforgettable 2 weeks. We will definitely come back soon! (Balu already misses Pi very much).

Great!

We (2 adults + 2 children) had a truly fantastic holiday at Villa Casa Brasa!!! Everything was fantastic... starting with the fairytale-like surroundings with a babbling brook, delightful spring water, and a clean pool... the children could discover so much. Then the beautiful nature in the nearby area extending into the lovingly furnished house... with everything you could wish for inside (even mosquito plugs) and wonderfully comfortable beds and fragrant bed linens. Thanks to the warm-hearted hostess, we lacked nothing. She fulfilled every wish, gave great tips, and was always available as a contact person. Her dog Pinchen often and gladly visited us and was eagerly awaited by everyone in the morning. Also recommended for their friendliness and quality is Villa Verde with great fruits and vegetables, the butcher in Vesio, who even has delicious trout at his counter, and La Fenice with delicious pizza and more at great prices, and of course not to forget the cheese factory! In Vesio, we have only met lovely and warm-hearted people. We enjoyed the great grill and relaxed super well. Quickly, Villa Casa Brasa became our home! Lake Garda, which is very busy at this time, did not attract us much, but the adventurous car rides through tunnels and switchbacks with magnificent views did. We enjoyed celebrating Ferragosto with Astrid and felt sad leaving friends behind when we drove home. This holiday ended too quickly. We can highly recommend everything there. the hostess Astrid with Pi, the house, the garden, the pool, the surroundings, the people in this part of Italy... but we do this reluctantly because we would like to come back, however, the Villa Casa Brasa is constantly fully booked... and our review probably won't change that much... smirking

Wonderful Holiday

This holiday home is highly recommended, it is lovingly furnished with many details. The landlady Astrid is the kindest and most loving landlady we have ever had. She fulfills every little wish. Simply magical

The stay at Casa Brasa far exceeded our expectations. A house in a fantastic location, completely fenced so that my dog could move around freely, bathe in the stream and small lakes. For the people, a beautiful pool and countless seating and lounging options on the extensive grounds. Everything is very lovingly and individually designed. A very friendly landlady who offers great excursion tips and knowledge of the area. Many thanks for everything, Astrid. For dog people, there is no better place. I will definitely come back.

Wunderbare Oase

We spent a wonderful time in this great oasis, in the green lungs of Tremosine. A stream flows through the property with drinking water quality, from which you could help yourself and which gave a feeling of freshness, even on particularly hot days. All in all, perfect for relaxation, everything you need is there, especially noteworthy is that not everything is so limited that you constantly have to deal with the processing of dishes. House, pool, large garden (lovingly designed by Astrid) a perfect place for relaxation far away from tourism, surrounded by small villages where you can get everything. We will gladly come back. Many thanks also to Astrid, an owner who takes great care of the guests' well-being and is open to all questions.

And once again - dreamlike Tuscany.

After 2016, we were able to be guests at Casa Brasa again - this time for two weeks. Just like last year, we felt super comfortable here.
Many thanks to our landlady Astrid for the cozy chats.
Also to Allesandra from the supermarket in Vesio - fresh bread and croissants at the garden gate every morning are a great start to the day - an awesome breakfast service. Next to the meticulously maintained garden, we were able to enjoy two full weeks of perfect weather with pure sunshine. The occasional refreshing dip in the pool was simply a must here.

What more can we say? Casa Brasa must simply be experienced for oneself!
And of course, our dogs also found it great again.

Simply fantastic!!!

We (2 adults, 1 child, and 1 dog) are simply thrilled by Casa Brasa. Starting with the fantastic location in the middle of greenery to the breathtakingly enchanting garden, everything was absolutely PERFECT.
The house and garden are lovingly and meticulously decorated and designed down to the smallest detail. The private pool is simply fantastic. The secluded location is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Nevertheless, the lake can be reached in just a few minutes by car.

Our dog could not get enough of the huge garden with swimming possibilities and our daughter couldn't get enough of the great swing and sandbox.

Here you can only say, simply fantastic, and we were not the last time guests at Casa Brasa.

TOP holiday home!!! Pure relaxation with children & dogs!!!

We (4 adults + 3 children + 2 dogs) spent a week over Easter at the beautiful Lake Garda.

The sight of the garden upon our arrival was incredible. The huge garden is a true feast for the eyes with so much attention to detail! The stream with great, fresh, and tasty spring water runs through the entire property. The trout pond, the beautiful pool, the large wooden swing, the sandbox, the comfortable sun loungers, and the newly planted herb garden – simply fantastic! Accordingly, the first impression of the cozy holiday home was naturally super. The beds are freshly made, the towels are soft, and there are also sun loungers and supplies for the dogs. The furnishings are clean, and everything is there as desired. Even the great big dog bed and the basket, which our furry friends loved to snooze in after playing in the garden. CONCLUSION: An absolute must for everyone who wants to relax on vacation and let the children and dogs play undisturbed in the garden.

Completely fenced property.

Whether the children are yelling and playing loudly or the dogs bark occasionally - no problem - there are no admonishing neighbors here!

A paradise on Earth

An absolute dream for dog owners! We visited Astrid at Casa Brasa in September 2016 with 3 dogs. Since we arrived at night, we could only see the interior of the house at first, which was already overwhelming. The next morning, stepping out of the front door and rubbing our eyes; pure nature - a paradise found! We were greeted by a huge, great, and well-maintained property with a pool, loungers, and various other seating areas. What was important to us, the property is completely fenced; if you have dogs that like to go on the "hunt" every now and then, it was absolute relaxation for us.
The house is very, very well and above all lovingly equipped; we lacked nothing.
Astrid can only be described as a wonderful person; we became friends during these two weeks. She was always there for us during our stay and gave tips and advice. We felt extremely comfortable, so much so that we have already pre-booked for 2017 and 2018.

Traumurlaub

We (married couple in their 50s) arrived with our Labrador, daughter came with boyfriend later, and we spent a wonderful week at Villa Casa Brasa. Prosecco as a welcome drink was already chilled. If you love nature, this is the perfect place for you. Surrounded by olive trees, fig trees, and numerous wild plants, we were able to enjoy our breakfast, of course with cheese from the dairy - Astrid knows the address ;-)

There are plenty of hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity, or you can drive down to Limone for 15 minutes, park in the local parking garage (we always found a parking spot) and explore the small town. From Limone, you can take a boat to Malcesine and climb Monte Baldo. Or you can take a detour to the beautiful Riva with great shopping opportunities. In any case, after an eventful day, you come back to Casa Brasa, enjoy nature, and the fresh spring water from the wild stream, cool your feet in it - what more could you want! Astrid, thank you again for allowing us to spend such wonderful days in your vacation home!

Gorgeously beautiful!

With the best feeling, we arrived already, as the contact beforehand had been nice and uncomplicated. The pictures had already enticed us - and it was truly fantastic at Casa Brasa: a wonderful natural garden with seating for every imaginable need: double sunbed, swing, cozy tables, large tables under the apple tree and so on. The interior is cheerful, tasteful, comfortable, and offers every comfort. Everything is thought of: from the kitchen equipment to cozy blankets, candles, holiday reading, and rubber toys in the pool.
We were traveling with children and a dog: perfect! The property is fenced and offers plenty of space for games and fun.
Great excursion tips from the landlady, delicious food in nearby restaurants, wonderful hiking opportunities - a place for the dream vacation!

Meraviglioso

Even before we arrived, we were sure that we would love it there. Everything already seemed so exceptionally nice and uncomplicated. And our feeling did not deceive us. We felt welcome, which was also expressed by the fresh welcome bouquet along with the matching candle siblings "Welcome" and "Enjoy" ;-) Additionally, we found a Prosecco and a red wine for the first evening. That was just the beginning. . . because Astrid, the good soul, also made sure that olive oil and vinegar were available in the kitchen for us. All the things that one easily forgets when vacationing in a holiday apartment. . . The landlady has thought of it. If you don't want to disappear in the anonymity of a bed fortress, prefer holiday houses, and want to nestle for 1-2 weeks in the beautiful spot where fox and hare say "Buona Notte" to each other, you can "write off". Great house, clean pool, fantastic property, amazing views, rushing stream with top-quality drinking water, world-class landlords - plus Italian food and good wine - what more could you want?! We can't think of anything else:-)

Fantastic views

We were six people with 6 smaller dogs at Casa Brasa - a dream for humans and animals. Plenty of space in the house and on the property anyway. Both were furnished with a lot of attention to detail by the landlady Astrid and leave almost nothing to be desired. Good knives, cooking utensils, and countless glasses, cups, plates, bowls, cutlery, and not exactly counted as is common in some accommodations, that after every meal must be washed immediately because otherwise you have no dishes left. The location of the Casa in the nature reserve is simply a dream, you can't get enough of the nature with the mountain ranges and higher villages. And then the rushing mountain stream, from which we fetched refreshing drinking water several times a day. Pure nature far from the tourist resorts and yet close enough to reach them quickly if you really want to be among many people. Astrid, the very nice landlady, can give you tips on everything. Be it recommendable restaurants, great shopping opportunities (a visit to Alpe del Garda is a must, where you can find not only cheese, yogurt, and milk from very happy cows, but also olive oils for cooking and the finest hand-picked quality), as well as excursions to places not overwhelmed by mass tourism. Dear Astrid, we will gladly come back when the schedule allows.

Just awesome!

We booked Villa Casa Brasa for the first time. The amenities are simply perfect down to the smallest detail - Arrive and feel comfortable right away! The outdoor area is simply heavenly. We and our dogs really enjoyed it. Even though the weather was quite changeable, we never had any negative holiday feelings for a minute. For those who love to buy fresh organic food at a fair price, we highly recommend visiting the "Villa Verde" nursery (approximately 10 minutes' walk from Casa Brasa) and the farm shop at Alpe del Garda (reachable by car in just 10 minutes). Both are a gourmet experience! Lastly, we must mention the landlady Astrid, who was always available with tips, advice, and a cheerful attitude. For us, one thing is clear - in 2017, we will vacation again at Casa Brasa.

Dream vacation, just the way it can't get any better!

For about a week at the end of May, we were allowed to move into Villa Casa Brasa, and it was truly a perfect holiday!

The house has everything you need, i.e. you don't arrive with an overstuffed car, as towels, dog towels, pool towels, and all kitchen and bathroom utensils are already on site, and the beds are also freshly made. In addition, there is the lovely decor, which instantly makes you feel right at home. Even the huge garden leaves nothing to be desired! While the pool was the biggest attraction for our daughter, our dog couldn't get enough of the funny stream flowing through the property of Casa Brasa. The spring water here is highly recommended; it simply tastes delicious! Every day, we fetched water to drink for ourselves using the carafes that are specially provided in the house.
The immediate surroundings, the beautiful Tremosine, are simply stunning. And small and big walks can always be combined with a stop at a delicious pizzeria or spaghetti restaurant.

And for those who want to visit Lake Garda, Limone is not far and a truly worth seeing place where you can stroll wonderfully.

And where's the catch? Well, there is one after all: Eventually, the vacation unfortunately comes to an end. And that's really bitter here. But we will come back! Definitely :-)

Pure nature in a dreamlike landscape

We spent dreamy days with 3 generations in Casa Brasa!
We fell in love with Casa Brasa when looking for a place to stay. Contact with the owner Astrid was very open, warm, and uncomplicated from the beginning. She answered all our questions in no time - even though she was on vacation at times! Even when we unfortunately had to leave earlier for health reasons, Astrid was there and offered us her help and support! That is far more than one experiences from most people, let alone landlords. Upon arrival, we felt at home immediately, with candles and fresh flowers on the table, and the welcoming drink already chilled in the fridge! The fresh spring water is fantastic! Our daughter especially loved the huge garden where she could run and jump to her heart's content. The gardener in the village sells fresh fruit and vegetables of unparalleled quality, and the cheese dairy almost blew us away. Ask Astrid, she will help you.

Simply fantastic for families (also with a dog)

We were 2 families with a total of 5 children (including 1 baby) plus a dog - and we all lacked nothing! The house is located on a very large property, which is ideal for small explorers - slopes, meadows for lounging, a stream (the landlady Astrid went out again for our children to get fishing nets - she is really VERY committed to making her guests' stay as enjoyable as possible), numerous seating and relaxation areas, and the pool make it not necessarily necessary to leave the property. The house itself is furnished with love, there is really NOTHING missing. Despite the fact that the children's room with a huge bed is a bit tight, the living room still offers plenty of space to romp around. The parents' bedrooms are also large and very well maintained. Even the dog has his bed and bowl. Astrid, as a tour guide, has very good tips on what to do with your free time if you want to go on an excursion. Everything was great, we definitely want to come back!

One cannot evaluate a holiday home before actually being there. But what should be mentioned here is the perfect service provided by Mrs. Siemssen Hahn during the possible booking. After my initial inquiry, it took just 30 minutes for a detailed response to be in my email inbox. Further inquiries about the arrival time or possible activities were also answered immediately and tailored to the family. At no time did I feel like I was bothering Ms. Siemssen Hahn with my questions. On the contrary! Every answer was friendly and informative and always accompanied by a beautiful picture. Traumhaftes Domizil

Beautiful holiday home in a stunning setting! Tremosine is always worth a visit, and the Brasatal offers pure nature! If you love tranquility and want to enjoy nature, this is the perfect place! The lake can be reached at any time via one of the most scenic roads, the Brasa Gorge, or a road to Limone! In Pieve, you can admire the so-called "scares terrace" and enjoy wonderful hiking or other sports activities throughout the area! We can only recommend this holiday home, we really liked it!

Villa Casa Brasa Tremosine

We are excited about the picturesque location of a seemingly simple, typically Italian country house, gently nestled between two different towering mountain ranges and a dreamlike panoramic view that quickly conveys a sense of peace and serenity. The high-quality, modern furnishings of the CASA leave nothing to be desired. We spent wonderful and very relaxing holiday days there with our dogs, which we will never forget. Of course, we will make our way back to this little paradise next year.

the villa Casa Brasa and the garden are beautiful, the pool is very clean and pleasantly warm. The house is great and very clean, it offers everything you need for a wonderful holiday at Lake Garda.
