Welcome to Casa Andrea in the Brasa Valley near Vesio, the perfect holiday home for up to six guests. On a spacious 116 m² and three floors, you will find two comfortable bedrooms, a living/bedroom, two bathrooms, a large room with an open (well-equipped) kitchen and access to the large roof terrace, from which you have a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape and the mountains – a real highlight for nature lovers. Here you will experience relaxing vacation days in a stylish setting with all the amenities you could wish for. Good Wi-Fi is also provided, which is available via Starlink.
For your personal use, there is also a fenced garden and a large meadow with several olive trees. Here you can relax very well on a deck chair and enjoy the panorama with a view of Monte Baldo. Also very well suited for shared meals outdoors. Adjacent to the property, the Brasa stream/river flows by – a naturally designed access invites you to refresh yourself. If it should get too hot, you can also cool off well in the house, which is made of natural stone walls. Therefore, air conditioning is not necessary.
A parking space is only a few meters from the entrance. Hikes or walks can be undertaken right from the house.

Shortly before reaching Limone, after the "Conad" supermarket—where you can still do some shopping for your daily culinary well-being—turn right up the mountain for about 7 km until you can only turn right or left. To the right leads to Vesio, where there are also good shopping opportunities, and to the left towards Priezzo/Pieve leads to the desired destination (approx. 2 min.)—the Brasatal. The small pull-off about 30 meters after the descent into the valley serves for turning around in order to get into Via Molino. The descent to the house is somewhat adventurous, only partially paved. With lowered vehicles, "Casa Andrea" is difficult or even impossible to reach, as there is a risk of scraping the underside. With normal cars, the house can be reached without any problems.
Shopping opportunities and great restaurants/bars can be found in the nearby villages of Pieve and Vesio (about 7 minutes by car).
Tremosine offers impressive views over Lake Garda and numerous hiking trails. Lake Garda (Limone) can be reached in about 15 min. To Riva approx. 25 min., to Salò approx. 50 min., and by boat from Limone in 20 min. to Malcesine, where a goods market takes place on Saturdays from 9:00 am. In Limone, by the way, on Tuesdays and in Riva on Wednesdays every 2nd week of the month. Arco is also worth a visit, with its beautiful castle and old town.
Paragliding and canyoning or surfing and sailing are wonderful leisure highlights – for the brave among you. A trip to Gardaland is also possible.

Even as a child, I often went with my parents to Limone on Lake Garda and have remained loyal to this place.
