Cosy holiday flat, great hosts, super landscape

We had a great week in France. The room was comfortably furnished and very clean. Saint-André-de-Roquepertuis is a quiet place from where you can go on great walks (also with a dog) (to the vineyards, to the river Cèze with its beach or just through the small streets with flowered balconies). Harald and Martina always had a good tip ready and helped us with all our needs. The large garden with pool and our own small terrace were great for relaxing in the sun. We felt very comfortable and will gladly come back.

Holiday for all senses

Wonderfully located holiday home. Beautifully furnished apartments in a stylish and loving manner, set in a beautiful large property. Abundantly covered with oleander, all kinds of flowers, lavender, spices, figs, etc. The two pools invite you to swim and relax, surrounded by reeds, and the large pool offers a great view of the mountains.
The hosts are super nice and can tell many stories about the property and the surroundings.
The many Provencal markets are worth seeing and, of course, you can also take trips to Avignon, Nimes, etc. from here. A canoe trip on the Ceze is highly recommended. We are totally thrilled by the flair of this holiday home and will definitely come back.

Very beautiful holiday apartments in the beautiful Cèze Valley.

We have been here many times and will travel to this great place many more times.

It is very relaxing here with the two pools on the property and the river is not far either. The apartments are very nicely decorated in a provençal style, with everything you need, and open to a very beautiful courtyard, lovingly maintained by the warm-hearted landlords.

But there is also variety with Goudargues and Barjac and their beautiful weekly markets not far away. Avignon as a medieval city is also easily accessible.

Everything is located in a beautiful river valley with many vineyards and untouched, small towns.

Unique, charming place in the heart of Southern France.

Saint-André-de-Roquepertuis is a tranquil place in the enchanting Céze Valley! Schöne provencalische Ferienwohnung

We felt comfortable in the apartment and on the premises. It is quaint and cozy, yet peaceful. Nice extras included the cellar tour with a tasting, the hike, and the baguette service in the morning. On the grounds, you can play or swim in the pool.

Explorer vacation for the whole family

We spent an unforgettable and relaxing holiday with the whole family here. Our two children (6 and 7 years old), my husband, and I stayed in the beautiful holiday apartment "Le Pigeonnier" and we loved it here. There were countless opportunities to playfully explore the area with the children, no sign of boredom! Thanks to the loving support of the Beck family, our stay in St. Andre de Rocquepertuis offers a true discovery holiday for young and old, from cave visits to canoeing on the Ceze. We found it particularly enriching that this always happened without rush or time pressure, but rather harmoniously evolved from the situation - not least thanks to the friendliness of the local people.

Romantic, idyllic, and relaxing

We spent a week on a mindfulness retreat in the small village of St. André de Roquepertuis with the Beck family. It is a place where much history has been written, impressively conveyed by the hosts. The lovingly prepared holiday home offers numerous opportunities for relaxation. Adventure is also part of the experience. Guests can go horseback riding, conquer a stalactite cave, or visit the natural cascades. But also hiking, visiting local markets, or a trip to Avignon are possible. For those who prefer, they can also spend a pleasant and relaxing time on the property, which is extensive and offers the opportunity to take a dip in the pool on hot days. Enjoying a friendly time with the hosts allows guests to learn new things about the country and its people. Gut erholt

An original, wonderfully and lovingly restored accommodation. Simple standard, but everything you need is there. You can spend time alone as the property is spacious or simply meet with other guests for a glass of wine in the beautiful courtyard in the evenings. Thank you for the lovely time.

Vacation of a special kind

The opposite of the ordinary!
A vacation in the small village of St. André de Roquepertuis with the Beck family is a unique experience. The over 400-year-old house tells a tale, and it is wonderful to be a tiny part of it.
With lots of warmth and spirit, Martina, Harald, and their son Florian involve guests in the magic that surrounds the house and the area. We really enjoyed our vacation in the Provencal-style apartment, which was inspired by many tips from the family. With Florian, we immersed ourselves in the magical-mystical world of a touristically completely undeveloped dripstone cave and were able to experience how incredible nature is. Especially the children will not forget this quickly. With Martina and Harry, we were able to ride through the beautiful landscape of Provence for 2 hours (through fields, forests, and also through the river). A big thank you to the "La Ballade du Val de Céze" stable as well. Especially our daughter was deeply impressed. :)
We continued to explore the area by bicycle, including cycling to the enchanting village of La Roque-sur-Céze, the waterfalls of Sautadet, and Montclus. And even to Avignon and the Pont-du-Gard, it was only a stone's throw by car. There are countless opportunities to immerse oneself in this wonderful region. Cooling off was possible daily (even in mid-October) in the great pools on the property. We greet the Beck family from afar and hope that many people will have the opportunity to experience the history of the house. We will surely come back as well.

Our holiday in the Provence was great. The Beck family is very nice, and you could tell that from the warm welcome. Our apartment with a slightly medieval appearance left nothing to be desired. There are also many extras such as a pool for warm days and a common room with games and other things for the very rare rainy days. However, not only the house but also the surroundings are beautiful. There are so many exciting sights nearby that even two weeks are not enough. Our vacation was definitely worth it, and if it were up to me, we would not have set foot on the property for the last time.

Great end to the day

The conclusion of our trip to France was the stay in Arcacia - beautifully located, away from the hustle and bustle and the crowds. Together with friends, we spent lovely and relaxing days in the south of France. Arcacia is a place to relax, let go, and unwind.
Excursions to the surrounding areas and visits to the small markets completed our stay.

beautiful accommodation

We spent a wonderful family vacation in the residence. This accommodation is highly recommended for families, even for large families (rental property "Maison" with 10 sleeping places). The landlords are extremely friendly and German-speaking. The apartments are very clean, lovingly furnished with Provencal charm, and offer everything you need. The apartments are located in a historic building constructed with natural stone, giving them a unique southern French flair. In the "grande salle," groups can gather with a television showing German programs and reading material available. There is also a children's playroom with vaulted ceilings, formerly a stable, equipped with a table football, a pool table, and play equipment for the little ones. On the enchanted grounds with many rose bushes and fig trees, there are plenty of cozy seating areas and loungers. There are 2 pools and a play and sunbathing lawn, with toys for toddlers and a table tennis table. The play area is very popular with children. There is also a petanque court and a fire pit for campfires. Doing laundry is not a problem. We enjoyed and felt comfortable on the premises. The accommodation is located in a quiet, romantic, small village on a hill near the Ceze river, which is inviting for swimming. Shopping possibilities are a 10-minute drive away. Many excursions can be undertaken, such as canoeing on the Ardeche river, cave visits, hiking, and the Pont du Gard with its Roman museum is also not far away. Overall, a big praise for this beautiful accommodation!

Several smaller to larger apartments for couples or small/large families. Simple, clean, relaxing, best enjoyed with a glass of wine and a piece of cheese from the nearby weekly market (the stall where most people queue up - it's worth it).

The pool provides refreshing coolness on hot days.

The property is inviting and perfect for relaxation. We enjoyed our stay.

Just beautiful.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks here and can hardly imagine a better place to find oneself and escape the daily grind. The apartments are situated in an old, historically significant stone house, lovingly maintained by the Beck family. With the many play options such as pool, table football, and climbing trees, our boys were always well occupied even when we weren't out on a trip to one of the many great swimming spots and sights in the area. The Beck family also offered, among other things, horseback riding trips and a tour of a large stalactite cave. We also had a lot of fun during sociable evenings with the very pleasant hosts. We were met with an idyllic, very friendly, and relaxing atmosphere in which we immediately felt comfortable. Contact and exchange with the other guests, mostly families, quickly and informally occurred within this framework. A shared barbecue evening was easily organized as a result. Overall, Residence de l'Acacia offered us an ideal balance of retreat and sociability in a very comforting and familiar setting. We will gladly come back and recommend the residence to our friends.

That was beautiful...

... the idyllic location in this small village in southern France, the old, charming house with an interesting history, the simple, cozy, and cool holiday apartment, the 2 beautifully landscaped pools on the expansive grounds to spend the midday heat swimming, dozing, or reading, the small terrace in front of each apartment to enjoy outdoor life: the meals, the evenings with delicious wine - on some evenings in the company of other guests. That was really nice. The vacation rentals are relatively close to each other, and the communal seating areas make it easy to connect with other guests, even across language barriers. Thank you very much, dear Beck's, we felt very comfortable with you 4, absolutely welcome.

Holiday very affectionate & warm-hearted

If you want a vacation with a family atmosphere in a charming old house with multiple holiday apartments, you are in the right place with the Beck family. In the morning, breakfast in front of the simply and lovingly furnished holiday apartment, from other terraces or balconies comes a friendly Good morning or Bonjour. During the day, laze in the garden or by one of the two pools, and if you like, you can also find a quiet corner on the large property. The two pools are fenced and lockable, so the children of the various guests can quickly unite and safely embark on their own adventures. Family Beck themselves organize many activities, such as tours in German/English/French through the house and its exciting history, a horse riding trip through the area that even beginners can join, cave exploration, a communal game of boules... And in the evening, those who wish can meet for a chilled wine or beer at the communal table. What fun evenings we had here. Often Harry and Martina Beck or one of their sons would join in and give tips for excursions, share stories from the area, and tell anecdotes. This is how wonderful a vacation in France can be. A place to fall in love

Who enters the Residence de l'Acacia in Saint André de Roquepertuis must be prepared to fall in love instantly. A dreamy place with beautiful apartments, each carrying its own Provencal style lovingly decorated. The entire "estate" with its two very well-maintained pools is a single oasis of well-being. Here, one simply lacks nothing. But mainly, the Beck family contributes to this, sharing their knowledge about the country, people, and culture with great dedication and willingness. They gladly provide endless ideas and suggestions for activities. Just like the story of the creation of Residence de l'Acacia, which ends with an Absinthe Celebration. Unforgettable! In the month of June, one can admire vast lavender fields and take in their scent, as well as that of jasmine and the herbs of Provence, very intensely.
With a canoe trip on the Cèze and a horse ride through the forest, I was able to satisfy my sporting activities.
Excursions to nearby or slightly more distant, noteworthy places have no limits. La Roque-sur-Cèze, Montclus, Barjac, Chateauneuf du Pape, etc. etc. I will definitely come back next year and hopefully enjoy the Beck family (Martina, Harry and Sebastian) again without a care in the world. Thank you for an incredibly beautiful week. This gratitude also goes especially to my friend Sue who brought me to this beautiful place.

Simply beautiful! Pure relaxation!

A beautiful place to slow down, relax, and unwind. Here you can enjoy the wonderful nature: hiking, horseback riding, paddling, or simply letting your gaze wander.
The accommodation is tastefully Provençal. Everything you need is available - life can be so simple!
The Beck family takes care of their guests with a lot of heart, is always helpful, and provides great tips for activities. I always look forward to Thursdays - then we go horseback riding through nature together with the Becks :-)
I have been coming here happily for years. The pre-season and post-season are particularly recommended, as it is especially quiet and relaxing then. In May, June, September, and October, the weather is great, without extreme heat.
And if it does get hot, you can cool off wonderfully in one of the two pools.

Let your soul dangle

We were there at the end of May and last year in July/August and were able to relax wonderfully, the apartment and the entire residence de l'Acacia are simply beautiful! Lots of space for different needs and different people. The landlords along with their son Sebastian are always approachable and very helpful if you need anything. Have felt very comfortable there for the 3rd time within a year. In midsummer, the pool with provided loungers is a dream, providing lovely refreshment at any time of the day. I'm already looking forward to next time ;)

Zwei Nächte in der Natur pur

In April, during my business trip to La Grande Motte, I had a carefree and very pleasant time in this small town in the nature of southern France! The landlords are extremely friendly and take care of their guests lovingly! The rooms are furnished in French style and lack nothing. If you love the tranquility of nature and of being, then this is the right place.

I was there in April and I can also highly recommend this season, not only the summer months are beautiful in southern France, but also the time before and after the season is highly recommended, as it is a bit quieter around!
