Beautiful house in an ideal location

A very beautiful, tastefully furnished house with everything you need. The proximity to the beach, the bakery, the supermarket is simply ideal. We have recovered well and enjoyed the peace (off-season). We can recommend the accommodation. The contact with the landlord was also very uncomplicated.

A well-maintained house in a quiet and naturally beautiful location.

We have already been to this beautiful holiday home for the third time now and stayed for a month. We will also come back in the coming years and enjoy our stay there. The house is very well maintained and clean, the interior is cozy and high quality and equipped with everything for a successful holiday. Nothing is missing (German television, WLAN, dishwasher, washing machine, very good kitchen equipment, etc.). The almost secluded garden with its typical local vegetation (oleander, olive trees, etc.) invites you to linger and relax. The long sandy beach is quickly accessible on foot. Directly behind the house begins the nature reserve La Clape, where you can go for a nice walk with panoramic sea views. There is a boulodrome nearby with mostly free lanes (boules balls in the house). For other sports activities, 2 good bicycles are available. The infrastructure with cycle paths is very good. In the village there are good shopping opportunities, restaurants and bars, all within walking or cycling distance. In the two neighboring towns of St. Pierre and Gruissan, there are excellent weekly markets - a pleasure to stroll along there.
Tips for tours and visits, travel brochures, maps, everything is provided.
The rental is professional, correct and uncomplicated, the landlords are very interested in ensuring that their holiday home guests are well taken care of. The German-speaking on-site property management is great. A surprise gift was waiting for us upon arrival (I won't reveal what it is, but it's great).
I can recommend this holiday home without any restrictions. We always feel very comfortable there.

Top Ferienhaus

We felt very comfortable. Everything is available. Washing machine, German TV, grill, sun umbrellas, two bicycles, iron, and much more. The landlords are very nice and provided us with information. About 300 m to the beach. Peace and relaxation. We will gladly come back.

A holiday home with a feel-good character

The house is located in a quiet side street and yet close to the sea, only a few minutes walk. The house is comfortably furnished. Nothing is missing. There is plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans.
With an electric pan and grill, you can prepare your meals outside.
Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV are also available.
The landlords are very friendly, the handling and handing over of the keys was uncomplicated.
What more could you want!

Well-kept house in a beautiful location.

The house is very well maintained, as is the attractive accompanying garden. There is no lack of equipment. We had two good bicycles at our disposal and could reach the good local infrastructure without a car. The sea is quickly accessible on foot and also the La Clape nature reserve. The landlords are very friendly, the rental process itself is carried out professionally and competently. We would love to come back and can recommend the house with a clear conscience and gladly.

Top accommodation in a quiet, beautiful, and yet central location.

We have been in this area many times and also in Narbonne-Plage. This time very late, which has the advantage that the highways are nice and empty. Generally, at the end of the season, not everything is open anymore or at least somewhat limited. But that doesn't really matter if you just want to relax. In this beautiful apartment, you have plenty of space and coziness, and of course, a small garden where you can sit wonderfully in the sun. The apartment is beautifully furnished, with attention to detail, super clean. A nice contact with the landlords and a lady on site round off the very positive overall impression. Super beautiful vacation.

We stayed in this beautiful house on holiday in early August (2 adults and 3 children). This was our first time in the area. The location is absolutely great, quiet and almost secluded. The garden provides privacy. We enjoyed it every day. The house is located in a holiday resort and the neighbors are very friendly. There is no traffic noise and one can really relax. The beach is within walking distance in a few minutes, and even those who think they need to drive can find free parking there even in August. The water is clean (blue flag) and very suitable for younger children as the shore slopes gently. There are also showers and toilets at the beach. The whole area is beautiful, and we went on many excursions. The landlord gave us very good tips, and the information folder in the house also provides recommendations. I can say that the equipment in the house is great. We have been in many holiday homes and apartments before. Nothing is worn out, and even the dishes, pots, pans, etc. are all high quality. For the journey, I recommend Bip & Go, which saves you from standing in line at the toll booth and allows you to drive through easily. The device costs a small fee once and €1.70 per month in France on top of the regular toll fee. Just check the provider's website for more information. We will definitely come back and can absolutely recommend the house.

Top vacation home, highly recommended

We stayed in July at the "Villa Sira" in Narbonne-Plage and really enjoyed our vacation. The holiday home is very quiet, but you can reach the spacious beach in just a few minutes, with a beautiful short walk through a small pine forest. It is excellently equipped, even with a dishwasher and everything you need. Two bicycles were also available. The contact with the landlord (in Germany) was very pleasant and friendly, also because he takes good care of his guests by, for example, sending excursion tips for the area in advance and providing them in an information folder in the house. The service was all around perfect, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation with its facilities and location.

Very nice vacation

The house is very nice and the location is TOP! The beach is very close, as described. The house has everything you need and is very well maintained. We were there with our 2-year-old daughter and it was really nice. Great thinking from the owners: the child safety gate for the stairs.
The house is located in a very quiet area and the garden is fenced and not visible. The beach promenade is also very beautiful and lively at this time, but not "crowded" at all. The contact with the landlords of the house was more than pleasant. Completely satisfied. Thank you very much.

Simply beautiful!

This house has everything you could wish for a relaxing vacation. Everything is bright and friendly. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds were also okay. No sagging mattresses, not too soft and not too hard, just right. In addition, a superb location, very quiet and with a small romantic garden. Very well-maintained holiday home in a particularly quiet location. Highly recommended!

We were at the end of May/ beginning of June in this very well-maintained and well-equipped holiday home. Nothing is missing. Washing machine, dishwasher, stove with oven, fridge with freezer, TV with German channels, CD player, grill, coffee machine, etc. Everything is almost new and very clean and well-maintained. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is available. Each floor has a toilet. The beds are very comfortable. We have never slept as peacefully in any holiday accommodation as we did here. Absolute tranquility, as it is located at the end of a dead-end street. The accommodation is ideal for all kinds of excursions. We spent a lot of time cycling on very well-developed cycling paths. Hiking in the adjacent and very beautiful mountains was also part of our program. Beach holidays on the wide and clean sandy beach are also popular. A private parking space is also included with the house. We can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Sira!

Perfekter Urlaub

In March 2015, we spent two weeks in the beautiful holiday home. The drive through the La Clape mountain range was already wonderful! The house was bright, pleasantly decorated, and situated in a quiet area. It had everything one needed. The terrace was inviting for breakfast every morning and for grilling in the evenings. During these two weeks, we explored the area and found not only hiking opportunities, the sea, and the beach, but actually had everything else around us that one needs. Overall, it can be said that everything was there to make a nice vacation.
