Description

The 43 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of Haus Borkum and is therefore accessible at ground level and without steps. The flat has been freshly renovated and impresses with its bright and friendly furnishings.

The open, light-flooded living-dining area has a comfortable couch and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped (oven, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, egg boiler, etc.) and you can enjoy a hearty breakfast at the dining table. In fine weather, the covered terrace of the apartment invites you to sunbathe. The apartment also has a marble bathroom with WC, shower, hairdryer, make-up mirror, iron/ironing board and washing machine. The small bedroom is equipped with a double bed made of solid wood (1.60 m wide), a sliding-door wardrobe, 2 night tables and a mirror.

Curtains and pleated blinds provide privacy and darkening in all parts of the apartment. Fly screens on the windows prevent you from having to share the apartment with insects. Board games and books make your stay a relaxing break even in bad weather. Recommendations for activities and excursions in the region can be found on our information board. For example, visit the harbour towns of Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven or explore the area by bike along the dyke.

A numbered car parking space and 2 bicycle parking spaces in the lockable shed belong to the apartment. The furnishings are designed for use by 1-2 people. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking property. WLAN available.
