Our apartment complex is situated in a quiet location at an altitude of 800 m, without any through traffic. We have tried to make our guests comfortable and cosy with a love of detail
Our 2 room holiday flat 46 (approx. 44 sqm) is located on the 1st floor, house C and offers space for 3 - 4 people.
Children up to 5 years are free!
Please do not enter children up to 5 years as calculation for persons (see below under additional information on rental price).
The beautiful flair of the flat is also due to the approx. 3 m 50 high sloping ceilings.
Living-dining room with comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchenette with microwave, mini-oven, coffee machine, water and egg boiler and dishwasher, cosy bedroom, spacious bright bathroom with toilet, small balcony, 1 underground parking space in the UUG (WITHOUT lift), Internet WLAN.
From the small balcony you have a wonderful distant view almost to the big Arber.
Our flat is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The large communal garden offers sunbeds, barbecue area and a playground for the little ones. In the basement there is a table tennis room, small fitness room, ski cellar, washing machine and dryer.
Our on-site Mr. Ammon will take care of you, he is the heart of the complex and is there for you with questions and other concerns.
Everyone is welcome here, whether large or small, even well-behaved

Langfurth is situated at an altitude of 800 m and is a small community on the Brotjacklriegel (1016 m).shopping facilities approx. 200 m from the house.
A good country inn is just above the complex.
If you love peace and quiet, want to escape the stress of everyday life, like to explore nature and the beautiful Bavarian Forest, you've come to the right place.
Schöfweg is about 3 km away and offers further inns, shopping facilities, doctor, pharmacy, bank, baker and butcher.
In Innerzell, about 7 km away, there is a larger Edeka market.
To Deggendorf approx. 25 km, to Pullman City approx. 25 km, to Passau approx. 50 km, Dreiburgensee with museum village approx. 25 km, Bavarian National Park approx. 30 km and much more. .

Absolutely recommended
We felt very comfortable in the flat. The flat is perfect for two people. We had our two dogs with us and we also had enough space for their baskets. The furnishings are very nice with lovely details.
We will definitely come back.

Short holiday with dog
Very comfortably furnished holiday flat. Everything you need is there. Very clean and a friendly and helpful caretaker. We will gladly come back. The only negative point is that there is no way to dispose of your dog's waste in the whole village, as there are no rubbish bins or similar.

Simply beautiful!
We were once again in this truly perfectly equipped holiday apartment. The communication between landlord and tenant is always smooth, so we will come back again.

Relaxing beautiful!
We stayed for a few days with a baby and a dog in this great apartment in the small, beautifully located Langfurth.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need, even spices were available! Super clean! And the view from the balcony is amazing!!!
Our bicycles with baby trailer were safely stored in the underground garage.
We will definitely come back because we haven't explored everything yet :-)
