Located on the sunny side of Bruneck, overlooking the Kronplatz and the surrounding valley, our holiday apartment "Plan de Corones" is part of a beautiful residential building, in which we further small apartments for 1 - 6 people rent. In Tyrolean style with natural wood, the Holiday Apartment "Kronplatz" extends to 153 sqm and two levels (ground floor and garden level), which are connected with an internal staircase. The ground floor has a kitchen (gas cooker with 4 burners, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher), living room with extendable dining table and seating area and couch area with double sofa bed (for 2 persons), antique Tyrolean tiled stove, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi; a spacious conservatory, a balcony, a bedroom with sofa bed and extra bed (for 2 persons), a bedroom with double bed and pullout couch armchair (for 3 people), a bathroom with shower, bidet, WC; Outdoor parking. On the garden level there is a bedroom with wardrobe, double bed, and sofa bed are (for 3 people), a bathroom with shower, bath, bidet, WC; a covered patio, lawn. If necessary, an additional room can be rented in the basement with private bathroom for 2 people. The wonderful peace and the garden surrounding the house are made for families with children and promise a relaxing holiday in South Tyrol. Up to the lifts of Kronplatz ski area is kilometers from the city center of Brunico km. A City Bus / Ski bus stop (free bus use for our guests) is located in the immediate vicinity. Pets are also welcome!

Our house is located far from any road, in a quiet and sunny location, just kilometers from Brunico city center in the Group Aufhofen, one of the most desirable residential areas of the Puster Valley. If you enjoy walking, reach the city center in 15 to 20 minutes by car takes you 3 minutes. Up to the lifts of Kronplatz ski area is kilometers. A city bus (ski bus) stop located in the immediate vicinity of our house. It is an ideal starting point for walks and hikes in the surrounding area or for mountain tours in neighboring Ahrntal, Val Badia and Hochpustertal, where you will find the mountain scenery of the Rieserferner group, the Dolomites and the Three Peaks. From Brunico from leading a bicycle eastwards to Lienz in East Tyrol. For motorcyclists the numerous passes of the Puster Valley and its side valleys are an absolute delight. In winter, several ski trails and toboggan runs are in the immediate and wider environment of our house. Who wants to know the rural life, achieved through our holiday apartment "Kronplatz" in just a few minutes the folklore museum in Dietenheim, where bread is baked and remember quaint farmhouses to the good old days in South Tyrol. The small, quiet town of Brunico with its approximately 16,000 inhabitants located in the heart of the Puster Valley and has been awarded several times in the past few years in a row as the "happiest small town in Italy". Quality of life, education, culture and environmental awareness were considered to be outstanding. In Brunico where life is truly, in the historic core of the city, the city street, the old town houses lined, built in the 13th century when Prince Bishop Bruno von Kirchberg the castle and the city had built. In Brunico Castle and on the nearby Kronplatz the famous South Tyrolean mountaineer Reinhold Messner has set up two of its spectacular mountain museums. Sports fans will enjoy the new climbing center of Brunico, in urban ice stadium and the nearby park Cron 4 at their expense. At the weekly market, farmers' market and the Christmas market of Brunico offer farmers and artisans of their homemade goods. In the numerous cafes in the city can be the local delicacies such as enjoying apple strudel with vanilla sauce and cream.

Pillows, bedding, blankets. • For pets we charge a surcharge of euros / night. • Free parking • In the periods in which does not have to be heated ( -. 24/09/2016), is the charge per person / night 10 € (instead of 12 euros in the heating season). • For long term rentals over a month the rent is negotiable. • Cancellation: If canceled up to 14 days before arrival there is no cancellation fee, then the deposit will be retained (30% of the rent) as a cancellation fee. |

Since my childhood guests were housed in our house, I like to have taken over this tradition of my parents. My daughter Lea would be now with me on the arrival old acquaintance and new friends. I love old stories from my South Tyrolean home and have some of them, "When the children came from the cabbage heads. Back in South Tyrol" in the collection of short stories, published by Athesia Verlag, detained.
