Beautiful holiday with sensational hosts.

In short: We felt completely comfortable! The host family is super friendly, helpful, and always available for questions/tips of any kind. The house and the entire property are very well maintained, and the attention to detail shows that the landlords take great pleasure in what they do. Guest satisfaction and comfort are highly valued here. The one-star deduction in the location is due to the fact that a car is needed. The location is pleasantly quiet and therefore ideal for relaxing.
We would always choose this accommodation again with pleasure.

Super great holiday home, simply a dream

We were 6 adults staying in the holiday home for 7 days. The booking process was very straightforward, and we even received a link to help us find the house immediately. The house is sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The pool is cleaned in the evenings and mornings. There is a huge garden with fruit and vegetables, and the best part is that you are allowed to help yourself. The house exceeded our expectations by far. The landlords are very, very nice and always strive to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. If there was a problem, it was immediately resolved. I can only recommend the house 100%. There is also a small supermarket 200 meters away where you can get the essentials. The nearest supermarket is in Biograd, 10 kilometers away. Another thing I can highly recommend is a boat trip to the Kornati Islands. It is really worth seeing, and you can easily take the trip from Biograd. Thank you again for everything, we felt very comfortable and had a wonderful time. Maybe we'll see each other again. Keep up the good work, you are top!

Traumurlaub

Hello,

we (7 adults and 2 children) stayed at Villa Luka in June 2019.

Everything was as described and even more beautiful than in the photos. From the first day, the landlord took great care of all of us and was attentive to everyone. She changed the bed linen after a week and provided fresh new towels every 2-3 days. The house and the pool were so clean, like we had never experienced before. The property offers plenty of space for the children to play and is rich in amenities (trampoline, slide, swings, table tennis, basketball, etc.), so the children never get bored. In addition, the new summer kitchen with a large dining table in the garden is fantastic! We could also help ourselves to fresh fruits and salads from the garden at any time. The sea is just a few minutes' drive away.

Perfect

We were there with a family friend and shared the house (two self-contained flats). There is everything you need. The pool is fantastic, our children didn't want to go to the beach. There is a small supermarket next door with everything you need, otherwise you can be in town or at the beach in 15 minutes by car. The house is a bit on the outskirts and you have peace and quiet there and no one was bothered by the children screaming at the pool. But the best thing is the landlords who look after the house and pool every day. I have rarely met such nice and helpful people

Family holiday

We had a fabulous time at villa luka with a beautiful pool and house. Our host was so lovely and looked after us very well. House is extremely clean and comfortable and gardens are beautiful. We had a baarbeque there some nights and loads of seating outside too. Our family of seven had lots of space. We loved it and will go back to visit again.

Fantastic villa!!

The family are fantastic as hosts, they make you feel more than welcome! The garden is super maintained with fresh vegetables wich you are allowed to pick. The house is spotlessly clean and has everything for catering. Unfortunately i had to leave because of my bad health, but the family tried everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Do not hesitate to book this villa, it is worth it!!

Everything is great!!

We stayed at Villa Luka for 14 days. We have never experienced such great hospitality from the owners before, we felt at home. Fantastic!!!

The holiday home has far exceeded all our expectations! It is very large and provides space for many people of all ages. You can enjoy breakfast on the terrace in the shade every morning and then walk past the fig and plum trees to the pool. The pool is fenced in, providing protection for the children, which we appreciated. There are also plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool, making it a perfect spot to spend the day! There is even a hard court with a basketball hoop, a large stone barbecue, and for the children a swing, a trampoline, and a porch swing. In the parking lot, we had more than enough space for our three cars. The owner of the house is an incredibly nice and helpful lady who anticipated our every wish. She is reachable at any time, takes care of the large garden with great love, and maintains and looks after the pool and the house. This place is large and very clean. The sea can be reached quickly by car in 20 minutes. There is a small supermarket 15 meters away from the house that sells everything necessary. The owner also has a stand-up paddling rental at Soline beach, which we were able to try out. All in all, the accommodation was an absolute dream, and we couldn't have imagined a better vacation at Villa Luka. Thank you for everything!

The villa lives up to its promises

Top well-maintained villa in a quiet area. The pool was cleaned in the morning and evening. The property was clean and lacked nothing. If something was missing, the owners were always reachable or approachable during their rounds. It was a very familiar atmosphere with the landlords who took great care of us. Before arrival, we were kept up to date by the landlord, ensuring that no bad impression was given that something was going wrong and further tips were given for the arrival. Our expectations were fully met. A lodging this well-maintained is rare in these areas. All appliances were up-to-date and functional as well as clean. There are plenty of attractions to see in the region, so it is advisable to inform yourself beforehand. But the landlords are also there to help and advise.

All we can say is, we will definitely come back at any time.

Overall - beautiful.

We rented the house for 2 weeks. 5 adults and 2 children.
Overall - beautiful. The landlady is super nice.
Everything was exactly as stated on the internet.
The pool was clean and maintained regularly. There is a shower directly on the property to rinse off quickly before jumping into the pool. The complete interior of the house was exactly as described on the internet and shown in the pictures. Since the weather was always nice, we were constantly sitting outside where there was plenty of shade. The house is top equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. We really didn't miss anything. What is absolutely great is that there was an outdoor grill with the house. The house is in a quiet location. Right in the house across the street, there is a small supermarket that had all the necessary things on-site, so you didn't have to constantly drive into town if you forgot something. If we had any questions or problems regarding the house, the German-speaking landlady was immediately available and resolved everything right away. Once again, a big thank you to you. By car, you could reach Biograd in just a few minutes for swimming, shopping, or more dining options. There is absolutely nothing to complain about!!! We are so happy that we stumbled upon this house on the internet and can recommend it 100%. It was a great time for everyone.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

We stayed at Villa Luka holiday house for 7 days. The booking process was straightforward and easy. The landlord was very nice to us and we never lacked anything. She also spoke German and was very helpful. Everything was done to make the arrival as easy as possible. The house is very clean and has great amenities. The pool was cleaned twice a day and the garden was constantly maintained. The landlady also gave us fresh fruit from the garden and took great care of us. It is very quiet in the area, and the beach is not far away. We recovered very well and will definitely come back. I can recommend the house 100%. Many thanks and best regards to the landlady! :)

Wunderschöner Urlaub

This year we opted for a holiday home and it was the best decision, great house, beautiful area, and excellent service from the landlady. Everything was perfect and the children were thrilled, the beach is about 10 km away, there are also many restaurants in Biograd, and you can take many trips. The house is highly recommended - it was a very nice, relaxing family vacation that I would do again next year.
