The apartment is beautiful, the handover upon arrival was very poor.

The apartment is functional. Unfortunately, upon handover, after waiting for 30 minutes for someone to open the apartment for us, we received no information because the lady did not speak a word of German or English. We figured out the sofa bed ourselves and searched for the corresponding bedding. We only briefly tested the bicycles belonging to the apartment. We didn't feel like getting them roadworthy during our short vacation week. We couldn't get the coffee machine to work. The furnishings match the photos on the internet. If we had received a good apartment orientation and been expected on time, our holiday week would have surely been enjoyable and relaxing in this apartment. We were disappointed. We expected a bit more service based on the good reviews.

Super holiday flat

The holiday flat is highly recommended. It is clean and lovingly furnished. Just across the street and you are at the beach or the well-kept promenade. The landlord is friendly and very helpful.

We spent a few beautiful days in Swinemünde.the location of the flat is ideal.walking distance to the harbour,the promenade and the beach.

The apartment was very well equipped and clean, the price was right, Mr. Mostowik took care of everything very well and the handing over of the keys worked out very well.

The available bicycles are also very helpful for excursions.
All in all, a successful short holiday.

It is a very beautiful apartment with a cozy decor. Great value for money, excellent facilities, and a perfect location (very quiet place, close to the beach, everything easily reachable on foot). Personally, I really liked that the apartment has two modern bicycles, I can highly recommend taking a tour of the city and the surroundings! Also, very nice hosts. It is definitely a great holiday destination, we would have liked to stay longer. We would love to come back!

Der perfekte Urlaub

The Baltic Sea in winter is already very beautiful. Good air, quiet, relaxation, but when you also have a nice apartment, the situation becomes perfect. It's a great apartment, so comfortable and well-equipped. Very close to everything. A very good value for money for the quality and location. Two top bicycles are also offered, which you should definitely use in the beautiful area!! Highly recommended!

Very beautiful holiday

We would be very satisfied with the accommodation. Communication went without a hitch, Mr Mostowik is very helpful in this respect. The accommodation is as described and the facilities are great. The location is perfect! Not too close and not too far from the actual events. The flat and the entire complex are very clean. There are security guards day and night, so you feel very safe. Underground parking is also ideal

We, 2 people, were now the second time in the apartment Violetta, and will come back again. Like in 2018, we found the apartment in a clean condition. Mr. Chezary had put a lot of effort into it and contacted us, as before, and also sent back something we had forgotten after our stay. Very clean apartment, Mrs. Ewa very nice, Mr. Mostowik very helpful. Small repairs (flat tire on bike) were done immediately, all of this from Switzerland where he was at the time. The underground parking and the bikes were invaluable. We can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

The apartment can only be recommended, location and amenities are excellent. The landlord Mr. Cezary and also Mrs. Ewa (who handles the key handover) were very nice, even sending us a forgotten shoe. Super modern and high-quality equipment, just as described. There is everything you need, unfortunately without towels. WITH towels, everything would be available for 200%. It was particularly pleasant to be able to use bicycles. The landlord is very friendly and nice, speaks German, Russian, and is always reachable by phone. This apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Underground parking with elevator to the floors. No need to carry luggage as the distances are short. The room is comfortably furnished and the sofa beds allowed us a pleasant night's rest. The contact with the landlord is uncomplicated (also via WhatsApp). He is very friendly and always concerned about the well-being of his guests. Conclusion: everything was perfect for us. We will be back!

Perfektes 1-Zimmer-Appartement

You cannot equip a one-room apartment better and of higher quality; everything is available from the microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, 128 cm Smart-TV to free Wi-Fi. Everything in a very clean and well-maintained condition. Sufficient for 2 adults with 2 children; more would be significantly tight. Bed linen is provided, towels and washcloths must be brought along. The entrance door has 2 BKS locks. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor, the garage can be reached by stairs and also with a lift. The intermediate doors are also secured with BKS locks, and there is a 2m high fence around the complex.
The landlord speaks German and did a great job, everything from contacting him to handing over the keys went perfectly on time. In case of any issues, he can also be reached via WhatsApp.

We are very, very satisfied. Description corresponds 100% to reality. Equipment - all new and high quality. Quite a nice surprise. There are even 2 bicycles (also brand new). The huge advantage in this area is of course the private garage. We have been in Swinoujscie a couple of times in the summer, so I know what it means to find a parking space, let alone an underground garage with an elevator... Price/performance is also right. Just as wonderful area, beach, food, and shopping options nearby. TOP: We will be back.

All expectations were exceeded, without limitation.

The apartment is bright, spacious, and decorated with a lot of love. Everything matches perfectly. Nothing was missing. Kettle, coffee maker, microwave, large flat-screen TV, even a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, and all the utensils you need or could need are available. The apartment complex is very nice and well-maintained right next to the huge park and close to the beach. Swinemünde is very worth seeing.
Finally, for those who do not want to cook themselves: In the center, there is a buffet restaurant with a huge selection of hot dishes and salads. Everything is priced by weight.
Fixed price is around 80 cents per 100 grams.
