Description
It's a lot of fun to use everything at the same time. The sauna and the hot tub are heated with wood. It is very easy. We provide 2 x 5 kg of beech wood briquettes free of charge. You can purchase more wood from us at a low cost. For barbecue enthusiasts, a charcoal grill is provided under a covered grill area.
Please bring your own charcoal. For the little guests, there is a great in-ground trampoline and a large sandbox in the garden. Feel free to bring a children's tent or toys for the kids. A ping pong table (some paddles and balls free of charge) ensures good entertainment. There is no room for boredom.
We offer free Wi-Fi for all guests.

Petershagen / Eggersdorf is a municipality in the eastern region of the City of Berlin ( "district Oderland, Brandenburg State) which was established in 1993 as part of the administrative reform of the then independent municipalities Petershagen and Eggersdorf.
In the town of 14,706 inhabitants (), the population has since 1993 due to intense migration surplus - especially from the city of Berlin - rising (see also "Population Statistics).
The Local Agenda has worked in cooperation with the Regional Development Committee of the municipal council and the town hall a model for sustainable development of our twin village. The mission statement was approved on by the local council.

Various bus routes in town (932, 948, 949, see "Verkehrsverbund Berlin-Brandenburg) Unfortunately, we do not rent for parties.

Wonderful villa
A very well-equipped house. Nothing was missing, and we were able to enjoy our family weekend in a relaxed manner. The sauna, the hot tub, and the pool are the icing on the cake.

Dear Mr Ebeling,
first of all I would like to thank you for your recommendation of this house, we really enjoyed staying there. We also made extensive use of the available extras except for the sauna. The playground equipment and the swimming pool were not only well used by the children.
However, there was one small downer for us: the large common room did not have a really comfortable seat (armchair) for the head of our family and for his age there was too much hustle and bustle, especially as the children were very fond of table football..... This is not meant to be a niggle, but a suggestion if you want to add something.
Otherwise the facilities left nothing to be desired. We women liked the kitchen very much, except for the high working height - the four of us are just not tall enough for that at an average of 157 cm.
We didn't do so much because the children felt comfortable there on the grounds and enjoyed spending time in the house and garden.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay with you very much, including the friendly and obliging manner in which you treated us. We have experienced that differently.
