Description
The cosily furnished holiday flat offers space for 4 people. There is a large master bedroom and a children's room with a bunk bed and its own washing facilities. For a third child, an additional bed can be set up.
You sleep in allergy-friendly microfibre beds.
We offer a well-equipped kitchen with Caran hob, oven, coffee machine, pad machine, kettle and microwave as well as toaster and mixer
The large living room with corner bench and TV invites you to linger. Enjoy the evenings with fire in the Swedish stove. Shower and WC are separate.
For our little guests we can provide an extra travel cot and a high chair. In the garden we offer a large trampoline and a great play tower with sandpit and swing.

Location and surroundings of object
Cosy holiday flat in a quiet location -without through traffic-. Reichen is a small hamlet in the village of Kranzegg, which belongs to the municipality of Rettenberg. Here you can relax and still reach attractive excursion destinations in the surrounding area in no time. Situated at the foot of the Grünten, you can climb the summit of the Allgäuwächter, the Grünten, in approx. 2 hours walking time and enjoy the fantastic view.
Delicious cheese and sausage as well as a bakery for fresh bread rolls can be found about 2 km away. Further shopping facilities can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Time out in the Allgäu
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you.
Spacious accommodation that lacks nothing. Very, very clean, no junk from grandma's times. Small welcome treats such as your own name plate on the front door, bedtime snacks and a piccolo. Even garden furniture and barbecue available.
Good excursion possibilities, whether mountains, lakes or city strolls, all within a short drive.
Very friendly and helpful hosts.

Thank you, Meßmang family, for your wonderfully calm and very well-equipped vacation apartment. If you are looking for nature, peace and friendly landlords, this is the right place to go. We still need to catch up on our knowledge of the Allgäu dialect, so we will definitely come back.

Super holiday
A great holiday. The flat was very clean and everything we needed was there. We were welcomed beautifully into the flat with small attentions. The flat is very functional and in a quiet location. The house is at your disposal and there are hardly any cars, so you can let the children run around outside. To explore the area, you are dependent on the car. We will come back again!

Very clean, quietly located apartment with charm
Very well equipped apartment, lovingly furnished and decorated. We wanted for nothing.
The Swedish stove in the wozi heated us up wonderfully. There was enough wood available
The peace and quiet is simply heavenly and you can switch off immediately.
Very warm and helpful landlords who live in a separate house above
Only a few minutes' walk to the start of the cross-country skiing trail.
So perfect!

Top equipment, quiet location
Thank you for the great week in the Allgäu, in the vacation apartment nothing is missing, very generous with covered parking space, grill and terrace furniture, very quiet location at the end of a dead end settlement, shopping only reachable by car (or bicycle), many excursions possible within a short time (max 60 min) reachable, good hiking opportunities on site.
