Relax at the Thülsfelder Talsperre in the immediate vicinity of the beach
The barrier-free holiday home has been ready for occupancy since spring 2015 and has been awarded 4 stars and modern furnishings by the DTV.
Location
The house is located directly at the Thülsfelder Talsperre in a newly built holiday home area Katzenstein (Navi "Im Katzenberg"). The main beach is only 200m away. Access is via the B72, exit Thülsfelder Talsperre Mitte.
Facilities
Parking spaces for 2 cars, south-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, separate and lockable storage room for bicycles.

Holiday home approx. 120 sqm with 6 beds
The open living and dining area is equipped with a modern kitchen (fridge with separate freezer, electric cooker with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster as well as all other items needed daily).
The dining area offers space for 6 people. In the living area we offer a high-quality couch set with TV. WLAN is available.
There are 4 bedrooms in total. One double room on the ground floor and 1 further double room and two single rooms upstairs.
There are 2 bathrooms in the house. The bathroom on the ground floor is barrier-free.
The entire house is heated with underfloor heating. Furthermore, all windows have roller shutters. In the living area they are electrically operated.
Prices
50,-- to 75,-- € per day for 4 persons (seasonal)
For each additional person there is a charge of 10,-- € per day.
One-time 30,-- € service fee
The prices are incl. tax, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, WLAN and .
Notes
On request, an intermediate stay during the stay can be offered free of charge for bookings of at least 10 days.
The house is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed.

Beautiful vacation
It was a great vacation ☀️! Beautiful house in a good location. Very quiet all around, great for long walks. If you bring bikes, you can ride along Thülsfelder Talsperre very well! There are a few points of criticism. The beds creak very loudly, they should be replaced or something similar...! The kitchen equipment could be a bit better! Otherwise, we were really very satisfied and want to come back ☺️.
