Location and surroundings of object
Our house is situated on a 5000 m2 plot in a central location. The village of Wietze is known for the first oil drilling around 1900 and the extraction of crude oil. Conveniently located, from the motorway 10 km, B214, Hannover airport is in 20 minutes oil museum, Stechinellikapelle, Waldschmiede, outdoor and indoor swimming pool, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctors are on site. The village is a good starting point for many excursions into the surrounding countryside. Fishing, canoeing, cycling and hiking (Jacobsweg) are all possible during your holiday.

We will be very happy to come back again!
We were guests at Bauerhaus Thies for one week with our two small dogs and will definitely come back again. The vacation apartment is very clean, hospitable and lovingly furnished. Here you still have the feeling that the vacation guests are welcomed and should really feel comfortable and that's what we did! Many thanks to dear couple Thies and Heinrich.

The owner of the house is a hunter and will take you to his hunting ground if you wish. Our own game specialities can be tasted and purchased.
