Description

Our holiday home is a bright, spacious bungalow for 5 people in a quiet park in Sint Maartenszee. The garden is about 500 sqm large and enclosed with hedges and fences, ideal for children, dogs, and sunbathing (not visible from outside). The terrace faces south. In the living area, there is a fireplace (please bring your own wood), a flat-screen TV with internet connection, media library, hard disk receiver, stereo system, and satellite reception. A cozy seating area is also available, ideal for chilling. The kitchen is well-equipped, and has a kitchen bar with plenty of space for 5 people to eat, chat, and cook. The bungalow has 2 bedrooms with a wide double bed (160 x 200 cm, undivided mattress) and a double bed (140 x 200 cm, single mattress) with loft bed (90 x 200 cm). The bathroom has a shower with sink, and the toilet is separate. Up to 2 dogs allowed, more upon request.
Kitchen equipment: Oven, microwave, blender, kettle, waffle iron, toaster, lemon squeezer, coffee maker, Senseo, egg cooker, laundry spinner.

Location and surroundings of object

The well-kept Park "Eureka" offers peace and is child-friendly, making it very popular with young families and the elderly. This park covers about nine hectares and 122 detached bungalows in stone or wood construction (45 to 70 m²) at 500 to 800 square meters land. A large playground is also available. The house has about 65 square meters.
Internet is conditionally available as Wifi from Park Campanula but WhatsApp, e-mails, SMS always go. Small quiet place with supermarket, pizzeria ,, Restaurant, Restaurant.
The supermarket is open from March to October. From 9 to 18

Very nice bungalow

Hello Keppel Family,

thank you very much for a very nice vacation. Unfortunately, our vacation is over. The house has everything you need and is really cozy. The garden is wonderfully quiet and large. Not just the dog liked it. The covered terrace is great. The park is very quiet and well-maintained, despite good occupancy. We liked it so much that we would love to come back. Thank you also for the nice communication with you. The place can be recommended further.

Dream vacation home

We unfortunately were only at this SUPER holiday home for a week directly after Easter. Everything was as described. It was very clean, the garden well maintained, the conservatory was a delight, and the house lacked nothing. From the furnishings to the inventory, everything one needed was available. This is how vacation should be. The tulip fields at this time of year are simply beautiful, and if everything wasn't already fully booked, we would love to come back in the summer, but that's no surprise with this house. We will gladly come back when the timing is right. Thank you again to Mrs. Keppel.

Beautiful time out

The holiday home was super clean (unfortunately rarely experienced), really great. The descriptions in the listing were all accurate. The facilities were excellent. Communication with the hosts was friendly, helpful, and always easily accessible. You could go on beautiful bike rides. It must be fantastic there when the tulips are blooming. I felt very comfortable there. Many thanks for that.

The holiday home leaves nothing to be desired!

An extremely well-equipped great holiday home, no wishes remain unfulfilled. There is absolutely nothing missing in the equipment.

The room layout is great, the kitchen in our opinion freshly renovated and very well equipped, really MEGA, great floors, everything is also available behind the house for nice evenings.

In short, we and our Labrador felt very comfortable, thank you.

A bit mixed....

Positive to mention is the outdoor area (garden, terrace, fence, garden furniture). Ideal for the dog. Inside the house, one is initially irritated by the unpleasant smell (apart from the smell from the drain in the bathroom). The smell (very musty) could not be eliminated even with constant airing. The dishes in the cupboard were obviously not checked, some were completely stuck together and had to be rinsed first. The shelf above the bed, partially with books, was very dusty. The mattresses urgently need to be replaced. The one in the small room was completely soft and worn out, and the one in the larger room was very thin and hard.
The space in front of the sink is just 60cm wide; the shower area next to it is slightly wider.
However, kitchen utensils are plentiful.
Conclusion: old skins, blankets, pillows, and carpets should be disposed of to improve the smell. Only the laminate might be better.

Was simply great as always!!!!

We have been coming here for years and are always thrilled! Especially after the renovation, it has become even more beautiful. The kitchen is really great. And as always, everything is clean. The vacation was pure relaxation for us from beginning to end. We can only recommend this bungalow to everyone. We will be coming back here for 14 days in September and are already counting the days until we can go again!

Simply top!!!

We stayed with you for 1 week and are still raving about it. We are already planning our next holiday in your bungalow!
Everything was perfect, super equipped bungalow, very nice and well-kept garden... We have been on holiday in the region several times, but this was the first bungalow where we had absolutely nothing to complain about. The dog also felt very comfortable in the large fenced garden!

Great holiday in January

We have stayed in many accommodations in Sint Maartensvlotburg by now.
We particularly liked this bungalow.
It is nicely divided.
Notably, the toilet and bathroom are separate.
The bathroom is very spacious and appealing.
The landlords are very accommodating and open to everything.
We are looking forward to our next vacations with the Keppel family.
The entire area is excellent.

Sehr schönes Haus

We, grandma, grandpa, dad, mom, child with 2 dogs, felt very comfortable. The house is great and therefore quite spacious. Everything you need is available. The house is well-maintained and clean, just like the beautiful garden. Thanks to the awning and windbreak, we could stay on the terrace in any weather. There were even two sun loungers available! Additionally, the garden is opaque and completely fenced. Wonderful for humans and dogs. The on-site service was excellent, as well as the contact with the landlady herself! The surroundings always offer something new, even after over 17 years of spending our vacation in the region. The park itself is quiet and well-maintained. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back to this house.

Very nicely decorated, clean bungalow

I stayed with my wife for a week in Bungalow No. 40, which was very tidy and clean. My wife (women, that is :-) ) liked the colour-coordinated furnishings. The kitchen has everything a semi-professional heart could desire.... Pots, pans, crockery and cutlery in sufficient quantity. Even a kettle, egg boiler and other electric kitchen utensils were available. Garden neatly kept. Suitable for family up to 2 children and our dog was also comfortable.

Schöner Urlaub

The best thing about the accommodation was the beautiful, secluded, and quiet garden. The house is also fine. Nice living room, large TV, and WiFi. Personally, I didn't find the stools at the counter very comfortable. And the shower needs to be regrouted! There was mold present. BUT WE RELAXED WELL. We would book again. The park is really nice. Thanks to the landlords.
