This beautiful wooden holiday home, built in 2001, is situated on a beautiful, large nature plot with a view over the nature reserve in Kongsmark. The house has a large, both open and covered terrace area with garden furniture. Large bathroom with 2-person whirlpool, shower niche, underfloor heating and direct access to the sauna. Guest toilet with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bright kitchen is connected to the living room and is equipped with, among other things, a freezer, microwave and dishwasher. is tastefully furnished and equipped with large windows, wood-burning stove, DVD player, TV with satellite connection and stereo with CD player. 3 spacious, bright bedrooms; 1 with double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each. Furthermore, free wireless internet connection (computer to be brought along), children's high chair available. Sandpit and swing on the property. A good holiday home that can be the setting of a nice holiday for the whole family.

Location and surroundings of object
Large natural plot of approx. 2500 m2, with a distance of 1000 metres to the grocer, restaurant and 2900 metres to the coast. Dunes and wide beaches. The southern west coast is also called "Denmark's bathing land". And not without reason - the wide beaches from Römö to Hanstholm, with the high dunes everywhere, are made for real family holidays or long walks.

Rømø has Europe's longest and widest sandy beach, approx. 12 kilometres long and approx. 1-3 kilometres wide. There is plenty of room here for everyone who likes to swim, play, sail or surf.
On Rømø's west side, the finest sandy beach stretches the entire length of the island. The beach is open and shallow and between 1-3 kilometres wide - depending on the tides. The sea regularly washes over the beach and this makes amber finds possible time and again. The northernmost part of the beach is closed off as a military area, but the rest of the beach can be used freely.

Our 2nd home
Spent the 3rd year in a row in this house. We love it and feel at home as soon as we enter. It is super equipped and lacks nothing. The terrace is unique and the property is a dream.

Super nice house with enough space even on rainy days
You can only feel good as a family in this beautiful and comfortably furnished house. Nothing is missing and it has an enormously high standard. The terrace is enclosed and you always have sun somewhere! We really enjoyed the whirlpool. We would rent the house again and again!

Repeat offender
... and again we spent very relaxing days in a hygienic house which was again very clean and tidy. Just perfect for a couple's holiday. The new fireplace is great. It was like coming home. We are already looking forward to our next holiday and relaxing walks.
