We welcome you to our beautiful Villa Grassy Key in the southwest of Cape Coral. It is located directly on a fresh water canal and offers you everything you need for a perfect holiday under the Florida sun!
We know from experience that the pool area is one of the most important places on a Florida holiday. Whether sunbathing to relax or refreshing stays in the pool - most of the time is spent by the water, protected from insects by a screen. Thanks to the south-facing position overlooking the canal, you have an unobstructed view of the sun all day long. The water in the pool is heated as needed by an energy-saving solar or electric heater.
You can eat your meals comfortably on the terrace, a large dining table with enough space for 6 people is waiting to be set. For sunbathing and relaxing, there are 3 loungers and a covered lounge seating area - so pure relaxation!
In case you don't want to sit by the pool or in the sun, the house has a bright and open as well as fully air-conditioned living area. The transitions from the living room, dining room and kitchen are fluid and you always have an unobstructed view of the terrace, the pool area and the canal.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable couch that can accommodate all guests. A large flat-screen TV with smart TV functions and a well-stocked bookshelf mean that even long evenings in the house will not be boring
The kitchen has been fully equipped and offers you every conceivable comfort. Whether dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with fresh water and ice maker, toaster or coffee maker - everything is available. If you don't want to start the day on the terrace, you can have breakfast directly at the practical bar. A dining area with a view of the pool offers you plenty of space for a meal with up to 6 people. Plenty of crockery and cutlery is available for your stay.
Our spacious and open plan house with 3 bedrooms offers enough space for up to 6 people.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a smart TV, and a large walk-in wardrobe, and offers you a direct view and access to the pool area. A beautiful en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet and double vanity is also provided for the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and share a modern bathroom with shower bath, WC, double vanity and direct access to the pool area. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and have a large wardrobe, ceiling fans and smart TV. Fresh bed linen is provided in all bedrooms and already made up on your arrival. All bathrooms are equipped with sufficient towels as well as bath towels for pool or beach, so you do not need to bring your own.
The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
To ensure that even our smallest guests feel at home with us, a baby cot, high chair and pool and beach toys are of course available free of charge.
You can use WiFi high-speed internet free of charge throughout the house
The entire house is tiled and therefore also allergy-friendly.
To make sure that your excursions to the many beaches nearby are just as much fun, we provide you with a cool box, parasol and beach chairs.

Our Villa Grassy Key is located in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood in the southwest of Cape Coral. You can reach many recreational facilities in a few minutes by car - such as the Sun Splash Family Waterpark in less than 10 minutes, Cape Harbour in 15 minutes, Sanibel and Captiva Island with beautiful sandy beaches in about 45 minutes and Fort Myers Beach in about 40 minutes. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. Our villa is located on a beautiful freshwater canal and offers you the opportunity to explore Cape Coral by canoe from the water or to fish directly on the shore.
A boat ramp with access to the Gulf of Mexico is in the immediate vicinity - so nothing stands in the way of an evening restaurant visit by boat, an excursion to the neighbouring islands or a deep-sea fishing trip and much more.
There is always an activity for every taste and for young and old that you can do from our villa. We would be happy to give you suggestions and ideas for your personal holiday planning in Florida! Cape Coral is located in the west of Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. The city is located in the district (County) Lee in the neighbourhood of Fort Myers and Sarasota as well as Marco Island.
Cape Coral is also known as the Venice of America because of the more than 600 km of water canals that run through it. Cape Coral is ideal for holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet.

Simply fantastic! We found Villa Grassy Key exactly as described on the internet. It is very lovingly furnished, and we lacked nothing. Everything was perfectly maintained and above all very clean. The contact with the landlords beforehand was very friendly and courteous. We would love to come back!

The equipment of the house left nothing to be desired, everything - and more - was really available that we needed. All areas in the house were very clean...
The surrounding area was pleasantly quiet, it was very relaxing to sit by the canal and feed the turtles...
The sun shone from morning until evening on the pool area / terrace, which is ideal for the slightly cooler winter time. The communication with the very nice owner was excellent from beginning to end, no question remained unanswered, responses were prompt. We would definitely book Villa Grassy Key again, there was really absolutely nothing to complain about or mention negatively.
