Beautiful apartment, completely and tastefully furnished. I like coming to Egmond aan Zee, I have been coming to Egmond for years, it feels a bit like coming home. I also felt good in the apartment. Friendly people everywhere, relaxed atmosphere, and nice shops. I had not been in September before, there was still plenty to do in the village. I enjoyed cycling and walking, enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, and I was lucky with the weather.

After a thorough renovation, the apartment has been greatly improved since the last time I stayed here. Almost everything has been renewed, and with an eye for quality and detail, it is neutrally and comfortably furnished. Had another pleasant stay.

We decided on short notice to stay in Egmond for a week. And luckily, we ended up in Sterflat 45. A very clean, bright, and friendly accommodation, well and practically furnished, everything there to feel comfortable. The location right on the boulevard is very convenient, in the evening you could watch the sunset from the edge of the large terrace. Everything for shopping or strolling nearby. We left our car in the garage the whole week. In case of a small problem, the service team at Rentals Egmond is immediately available and competent. The rental process and service were flawless, fast, and friendly. We felt very comfortable and will book there again soon.

Nice apartment with a garage. Friendly staff with personal guidance. We were there from May 30 to June 3, 2023. In our opinion, there is no sun on the balcony/terrace, which we consider a disadvantage. Everything else is good.

Nice apartment, stayed here for a week and lacked nothing. The beds slept well, and the bathroom was excellent. Good washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen had everything you needed and the seating area is spacious and comfortable. Good TV and good wifi. Parking is not a problem and the beach is across the boulevard. Can't get any closer. And there is a great large terrace to sit outside in nice weather. In short, worth repeating.
