Description
The holiday home 'Kaprun' is picturesquely situated in the countryside and in typical Austrian style. It is only a few minutes walk from the centre and the ski bus stop is right by the house (approx. 50 m). The cross-country skiing trails, the bike path as well as restaurants, bars and shopping facilities can be reached quickly from the house (approx. 450 m). To the ski lift "Maiskogel" it is about 600 m.
The house offers a unique view of the Kitzsteinhorn and the surrounding mountain landscape. Enjoy your holiday as if you were in your "own home". The holiday home is ideal for groups, families and couples.

Cancellation terms:
A withdrawal by unilateral declaration from the contracting party is only possible by paying the following cancellation fees: - until 3 months before the day of arrival 30% of the total arrangement price; - from 3 months to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total arrangement price; - from 1 month to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total arrangement price; - in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price. If the contracting party cannot appear at the accommodation on the day of arrival due to unforeseeable extraordinary circumstances (e.g., extreme snowfall, flooding, etc.) that make all travel impossible, the contracting party is not obligated to pay the agreed fee for the days of arrival.

Absolute recommendation
We can unreservedly recommend this holiday home! We (4 adults, 4 children) felt very comfortable. There would have been room for another family. The location is great, the equipment of the house is excellent and the landlord family very friendly and helpful!

It is a beautiful accommodation. Clean and centrally located. Would book there again. WLAN could be better.
