The Lola apartment, Lino's twin, combines rustic charm with modern comfort. With its privileged location and private garden at the entrance, Lola is perfect for those who want to relax in nature.
It features a cozy living area with a fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with separable beds), and two bathrooms with showers. The outdoor area (which is right next to the garden part of the Lino apartment) with dining table and grill invites you to enjoy meals outdoors. An ideal place to experience the authentic Tuscan landscape.
In addition to Lola, the agriturismo has five more apartments: Casina, Lino, Pina, Poldo, and Stella, each with unique charm, but all designed to offer you an authentic and comfortable stay in the splendid Tuscan countryside. The natural pool and the bathing lake are just a 5-minute walk away (you can also drive if you prefer). Each apartment at the pool has its own sunshade and loungers. There is a toilet, shower, a small kitchen, and a barbecue area. The pool has a shallow area especially for children and is surrounded by pristine nature. The lake is ideal for swimming, boating, or fishing – perfect for a family-friendly break in nature.

The winery produces high-quality DOCG Chianti, premium olive oil, and specialties from Cinta Senese. The pigs live freely in the estate's forests, and it's not uncommon to see them galloping through the vineyards.
In the small farm shop of the estate, you will find a selection of homemade products such as fresh vegetables, fruit, wine, olive oil, salami, and ham, as well as other regional specialties. Whoever does not feel like driving to the supermarket about 3 km away will find everything here for a real Tuscan meal.
From the terrace of the farm shop, one enjoys a fantastic view of the vineyards – the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine.
The petting zoo is especially popular, where goats, sheep, and a donkey are waiting to be petted. For families, there are exciting guided tours with animal feedings where both children and adults can learn a lot about chickens, geese, rabbits, ducks, as well as sheep and goats. This makes San Gregorio a perfect travel destination for a vacation with children in nature.
In the fall, special truffle hunting weeks attract guests, offering the opportunity to roam the woods with experienced truffle hunters. The grape harvest and olive picking are also special moments that you can experience up close. All guests have the opportunity to visit the wine cellars and vineyards and immerse themselves in the world of Tuscan wine production.
