Description
The apartment is suitable for max. 4 people and was recently completely renovated. Upstairs there is 1 bedroom: it has a large double bed.
And downstairs there is a bedroom with a bunk bed. The house has a spacious living room with an open kitchen. Downstairs there is also the bathroom with shower and toilet.
Villa Lente has its own terrace and its own parking space.
The owner lives at the back of the property. Important:
- In high season we only rent by the week, not for weekends or midweek.
- No charging station for electric cars.
It is not permitted to charge your electric car. (Our fuse box is not suitable for this.)
- In high season, Villa Lente is rented for one week, and the arrival and departure day is Friday. Earlier departure or later arrival is possible at any time by arrangement.

It should be a comfortable holiday apartment. After all, these are the most important weeks of the year.
Together in a holiday house in the Netherlands, not far from the North Sea (2 km), cycling, hiking, then a beautiful holiday village, in the immediate vicinity of the charming tourist town of Renesse.
The North Sea beaches can be reached on foot or by bicycle. Opportunities for diving/water sports (kitesurfing - windsurfing) are directly available.
Villa Lente is an apartment for 4 people.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The apartment has a living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet (layout see 'Villa Lente'). Scharendijke is a nice and cozy village with shops and many restaurants. Villalente has a fantastic location (not in a park) and is only 5 minutes (on foot) from the North Sea. On Schouwen-Duiveland there are many hiking and cycling paths. The large cities Middelburg, Vlissingen and Zierikzee are easily accessible by car.

House rules
The house rules are also sent by email together with the booking confirmation. If the booking is made by phone via this website, we assume that the tenant has read the house rules. The house rules are also available upon arrival in the holiday apartment. If you have any questions, we can explain the current house rules at any time.
Arrival from 4:00 p.m. (exact arrival time by arrangement)
Departure time: 10:00 a.m.
The holiday home must be used properly, carefully, and according to its residential/leisure purpose. This means swept clean, without dishes, and tidied up. We take care of the final cleaning.
Parking: can be done in the private parking lot for Villa Lente, not outdoors. Charging electric cars:
It is not permitted to charge the car via a socket in Villa Spring. Unfortunately, the fuse box cannot handle this power consumption, and there is no separate circuit in the facility. Charging a car is not safe and can cause serious damage to the facility. If the car is charged via the socket without authorization, the deposit will be withheld. In addition, costs may be charged in the event of a malfunction. Electric cars can be charged at various public charging stations in the area.
Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited in Villa Spring.
Smoking is allowed on the outside terrace.
Bed linen and towels:
Bed linen is not provided as standard, nor are kitchen towels.
If you have forgotten something, you can rent these. Bed linen €12.50 per person/per stay
Bath towels €12.50 per person/per stay one week
Refrigerator:
Please do not turn off the refrigerator upon departure.
Vacuum cleaner:
A vacuum cleaner is provided for the final cleaning or can be used within Villa Lente if desired. It is not permitted to use it outside of Villa Spring (e.g. for cleaning the inside of the car). Dog:
A small/medium-sized dog is allowed for a fee, provided this has been agreed upon in advance.
Waste:
We ask tenants to separate their waste properly. Paper/cardboard and residual waste can be placed in the gray container at the front of the villa, plastic in the orange bin, and garden waste in the green plastic container.
Fire safety:
Villa Lente is equipped with all necessary measures in accordance with Dutch regulations. For example, approved fire extinguishers are available, there is a smoke detector connected to the power grid, and an emergency exit.
Departure:
Upon departure, the dishes should be washed. We also ask you to empty the dishwasher and put everything back in the cupboards.
Don't forget to clean up or take any food you brought with you. When you leave the holiday home during your stay or upon departure, please do not forget to always close doors and windows carefully.

Are there any damages?
Of course, that can happen... Please inform us as soon as possible if any items from the inventory are missing. Or if they are defective.
Let us know if you need help. Our telephone number is 0031 654625359. This way we can quickly remedy any deficiencies. Cancellation policy: Up to 30 days before arrival, everything can be cancelled free of charge. From 30 days to 7 days before arrival, the costs are 50%. After that, the costs are 100%.
The owner is not liable for accidents inside or outside the holiday home. The tenant is liable for all losses and/or damages to the holiday home, the garden, and the furniture (inside and outside) if these are due to actions or omissions by himself or by third parties who are staying in the house with his consent.

Sweet house in beautiful Zeeland
We spent a week at Villa Lente. The cottage is very cozy and we felt comfortable. The location is also good. Within a few minutes walk to the Greevelinger Lake or the North Sea. The beach is beautiful!
Particularly noteworthy is the friendliness and helpfulness of the host family. We can recommend staying at Villa Lente.
