The apartment is located in a quiet part of town.
To the sea there is 20m. 2 km long sandy beach is 900 m Nin is the oldest Croatian royal town with a great cultural and historical background.
You will find numerous monuments and logical ark
Excavations, which are spread over the whole city. You can also visit the Municipal Museum, which houses some of the most beautiful Croatian statues.
The town of Nin is surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches that are ideal for you and your family. Because in the city and surroundings no industry is located, the sea water is crystal clear.
The Niner "Schlam" is known for its healing properties, even the Romans appreciated this. The shallow water, which is always warm, the perfect solutions for thermal therapies for rheumatic diseases and skin diseases.
If you want to enjoy a relaxing and sun-filled holiday, Nin is the ideal holiday for you and your family.

Dreamlike family vacation summer 2025

Our family vacation as a family of 5 in Nin was absolutely fantastic!

The holiday apartment was great – clean and well-maintained.

A special highlight was the pool, which was a true dream for the kids (and also for us adults!). Beautifully designed, clean, and a total refreshment in the hot temperatures. Here, one could let their soul dangle.

The location of the apartment is unbeatable: Everything important was easily reachable on foot. This includes supermarkets, bakeries in the morning, cozy restaurants, and of course the beach.
The madness was also the view of the small, beautiful, and cozy town center of Nin, which was visible right in front of our house and offered a simply fantastic view.

We can wholeheartedly recommend this vacation apartment!

The booking process and the contact on-site went smoothly.
The landlord was always very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for our beautiful and unforgettable vacation in Nin.

Great accommodation in the best location.

The accommodation at House Ante is definitely recommended. The apartment is super centrally located and still quiet in the most beautiful part of Croatia in Nin. Just a few minutes and you are in the middle of the 3000-year-old island with the beautiful town of Nin. Highly recommended. The pool is huge and beautifully designed.

We were six people and immediately felt at home. The bedrooms are very spacious and the bathroom is a good size.Everything was available in the kitchen and the terrace is great.It is only a short walk to the old town,there are plenty of restaurants and we had live music almost every day. The property is very well maintained and the pool was cleaned daily.Great view from the house over the salt fields and the old town.Baker and market in about 500m and fruit/vegetable/fish stand in sight.The car we have used just 3 times once to Zadar and twice for bulk shopping, otherwise it was all the time in the car park at the house.To the beach it is about 10 minutes walk.We come back in any case and thank you for the great accommodation and the friendly reception

Unser estes mal in Nin

We were two adults and one teenager. There would have been space for 4-5 people without any problems. The apartment was very modern and brightly furnished. The location of the apartment is great as well. A bakery is just around the corner, a small store where you can get everything is only a few streets away. Post office and bank are also nearby. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the old town of Nin.
The landlord is very friendly and helpful. The beach can be easily reached on foot and is very beautiful for sand lovers. A few minutes' drive away, there is also a beautiful pebble beach.
The pool area and garden are very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully planted. One could really feel comfortable there.
With a clear conscience, one can simply recommend this accommodation and its landlady. We will definitely come back again.

very beautiful and relaxed holiday in NIN / Apartment Ante

We had the small apartment on the first floor, it is very well equipped - kitchen with everything you need, if not, you ask the owners and you get it promptly (large salad bowl) :-)
a great bed (mattresses), nice little balcony with a view of the salt fields of NIN and the old town.
The owner, Mrs. Curko showed us everything - barbecue area - pool, etc. and was always very helpful and friendly. The great thing is that everything can be done on foot in the village - in the morning to the bakery, in the evening for dinner, and strolling in the old town. We really enjoyed it and will book there again next year.
