The North Sea flat has a size of approx. 70 sqm and is divided over 2 levels. It is located in the house and has a lift at your disposal. The flat is fully furnished and is designed for a maximum occupancy of 4 people.
On the lower level there is the bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, the guest room with a sofa bed (usable for up to 2 people) and wardrobe, as well as the bathroom and living room with integrated kitchenette
Children's travel bed and high chair available.
The kitchenette has a cooker, a 4 plate ceramic hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and a dishwasher. There are two TVs in the flat: in the living room and in the gallery under the roof.

Located directly on the North Sea coast on the sea dike between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven. Restaurants in the immediate vicinity. In summer, of course, you can swim in the North Sea or hike in the mudflats, i.e. on the seabed.

There is a lot going on at the beach in summer. Guided tours of the mudflats are regularly offered by the National Park House. This is of course particularly interesting for our little "holidaymakers".
A new spa park was created in 2012. The new National Park House was opened at the end of September 2012.
There is also a children's playhouse on the beach in Dorum-Neufeld. An entertainer looks forward to welcoming the little visitors.
Since 2002, there has been the Eversand lighthouse at the harbour entrance, which is well over 30 m high and must be visited or "climbed". The lighthouse houses a museum.
A crab processing plant stands at the cutter harbour. You can buy fresh crabs directly from the cutter here.
There are almost two handfuls of restaurants in Dorum-Neufeld. Our recommendation is the Strandhalle, located directly on the sea with a great view of the Wadden Sea. There are two harbour terraces at the Kutterhafen. Here you can eat and drink well in the fresh air at a reasonable price.
There are many sights to see in the immediate vicinity. The "Aeronauticum" in Nordholz, the "German Airship and Naval Aviation Museum", deserves a special mention. Or you can take the Moor Railway through the Ahlenmoor or the Museum Railway from Bederkesa to Bremerhaven.
But above all, the seaside towns of Cuxhaven, Bremerhaven and Bremen are always worth a trip for a day out. A little further away, but also easy to reach, is the cosmopolitan city of Hamburg.
If you feel like it, you can even reach Hamburg by catamaran from Cuxhaven. From Cuxhaven you can reach Germany's only high-sea island, Helgoland. If you haven't been there yet, you should definitely head for the island from Cuxhaven, either with the bathing ship or the fast catamaran.
Holidays in the coastal resort of Dorum are recommended at any time of year. Even for a winter holiday. If you want to explore the Wurster Land or also Cuxhavener Land and the seaside towns of Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven under expert guidance, then take part in a "city tour" with the Cuxliner and/or Weserliner.
Exploring the Cuxhaven countryside by bike is also a lovely affair. You don't have a bicycle with you on holiday. No problem: rent a bike in Dorum-Neufeld.
Day trips are of course also possible to Hamburg or Bremen.
The new sulphur brine outdoor pool incl. indoor pool in the coastal resort of Dorum-Neufeld was opened on.
