This farm we have long sought, finally found, bought, renovated and furnished with love.
We meet there often with friends and with family. We are sure you will like it and you will yourself feel comfortable, at home. The country house, about 400 square meters, is a former farmhouse from the 17th Century.
EC: Entrance with hallway; proper style kitchen with old beams and access to the basement and back kitchen; Salon with Danish fireplace, very large living / dining room with 2 glass doors to the garden terrace and 2500 m² large enclosed meadow land with mature trees; Bathroom with shower and sink, toilet sep., Boiler room, garage with wood stock.
1st floor: Large open loft above the dining room, 2 bedrooms with double bed, living room with Danish fireplace, sofa bed and large flat screen for CDs and videos; a Mezanin with sofa bed as a second salon; a large bathroom with corner bath, 2 sinks and toilet.
2nd floor: 2 large rooms with beams, sloping ceilings and windows to the southwest: one with double bed and one with double bed and single bed; Bathroom with shower sink and toilet.
Central oil and electric heating.
The kitchen is fully equipped: cutlery, crockery, pots, pans ... for many people; Ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge with large freezer, dishwasher and Tchibo Esspressomaschine (please Esspresso capsules bring).
The washing machine is in the back kitchen. Ideal Dry option is the boiler room and in summer the garden.
Garage with direct indoor access to the house through the boiler room.
In the garage you will also find the wood for the stoves 2.
In the dining room of the farmhouse table for 8 people, the library, the stereo in the large closet and board games is at the secretary.
Garden furniture are available: dining table, large and small, sun loungers, parasol, and a barbecue.
A bathroom and toilet are on each floor.

Our country house is suitable for 1 and for 2 or 3 families, ie for up to 8 people and nature lovers. Even for two you will feel yourself very comfortable here.
They will again regain strength for everyday life, peace, rest, fresh air and plenty of space to enjoy.
Our neighbors are residents of the village, as people like us, as often as possible to come here to enjoy nature.
At great joy of the children are among our neighbors also many lovable animals: sheep, donkeys, horses, cows, chickens and geese ...
The Vosges village Faucompierre is halfway between Gérardmer and Epinal (about 20 km from Gerardmer). Gérardmer is one of the most popular resorts in France and "La Perle des Vosges"
(The Pearl of the Vosges) called.
They are the old love with its many cafes and restaurants, the lake and the magnificent ski slopes.
In summer you can swim in the lake, fishing (trout, perch, pike ...) and pedal boat ride or just stroll. In winter you can skate and run downhill or cross-country skis. The ice and snow scenery is enchanting in Gerardmer in winter.

In Gerardmer you will find beautiful ski slopes by an enchanting landscape; throughout the ski area, as well as in La Bresse and le Lac Blanc all facilities have been modernized.
Winter holidays in our farm:
We are enthusiastic skiers (downhill and cross country) and enjoy the skiing in Gérardmer and La Bresse particularly:
- Our flexibility: the fog we stay in the courtyard in front of the Danish stoves, possibly with a good DVD movie.
- The short elevator waits.
- The natural landscape panorama with forest runs, and runs restaurants with sun terraces

Our farm has been designed as a family gathering place for our living in Germany Family. We have been renovated and equipped that it is a comfortable home for the whole family it.
The furnishings with this intention: stereo, DVD, flat screen TV, kitchen equipment, book deals, reading corners ...
We attached particular importance to the lighting in all rooms, so cozy lit reading corners are available at all locations.
I wish you as much pleasure, relaxation, stimulating discussions and entertainment, as we experience at any of our numerous stays.
The farm was completely renovated of 2008. The thick stone walls the house remains cool and cold winter comfortably warm during the hot summer days.
The total floor area is 400 sqm, leaving enough space for everyone is. The EC and the 1st floor are connected by a ceiling opening to the large living room and through a wooden staircase that leads to a gallery on the 1st floor; this contributes to great comfort and conviviality inside the house.
