Description
The detached house stands on the edge of the Ligurian mountain village of Pantasina. The apartment is located on the top floor and has a large terrace of 35 sqm with a fantastic sea view. Here you can easily and undisturbed enjoy the sun and in the evening a glass of wine. A small barbecue is available. In Casa Clara you will find two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The rooms have direct access from the spacious well-equipped kitchen. There are no connecting rooms.
In the kitchen there is enough space around the meals prepared or convenient to eat if the weather should be bad times exceptional.
Here you will also find a sofa bed, this still provides an additional sleeping space. The house has a garden with olive trees, you or your children are welcome to use. The very friendly owners live on the ground floor and to assist you with help and advice if needed.
Just opposite, just a few steps away is the small grocery store where you but everything else can bring your breakfast rolls. There is the mountain farmhouse cheese to grill lighters and mosquito repellent on maps actually just about everything.

Location and surroundings of object
Pantasina is a typical Ligurian mountain village, surrounded by olive groves. During 100 years ago, about 600 people in Pantasina lived, the village is now only about 150 inhabitants. It is very quiet here, the people are very friendly and helpful.
In the village there are some traditional oil mills that produce an excellent olive oil, also in organic quality.
In Pantasina village festivals are celebrated again, the information is available in the store. The most famous and largest is the Chestnut Festival in October, where all day in Piazza eating, drinking, dancing and passionate Boccia is played. From Pantasina you can take wonderful walks. The hiking can be found in the house. The village is very typical of the Ligurian hinterland. Most of the inhabitants are growers, the houses are sometimes crowded on the mountainside, sometimes free, surrounded by vegetable gardens. On the square there are a church and oratory, both baroque with beautiful façades. There is a grocery store, which is much more than just a village shop. The shop is an institution. Here you can buy anything, including international press, here you will find maps and tourist information. You can also have a coffee or a wine or listen for the latest gossip, provided you understand a little Italian. If not, the counter is always ready a dictionary.

Only the access road to the village is very narrow for the last kilometers.

Wonderful location, very sympathetic hosts, nestled in the village of Panatasina
I spent 11 wonderful days with Clara and Sandro. I found their cordial manner, the little surprises I often found at my door and the nice conversations with Clara about Ligurian cuisine particularly pleasant.
The terrace with the gigantic view of the sea and the village is exceptional. The kitchen is very well equipped.
I felt very comfortable all around and will gladly come again.

Peace, sea view and idyll
We spent two wonderful weeks as a family with our 11 year old son at Casa Clara with super friendly landlords. The roof terrace is fantastic and the location ideal for beach holidays, hiking, sightseeing etc.. We especially loved the swimming pools in Lecchiore and Pietrabruna. Thank you again for the delicious vegetables and olives.

Holiday by the sea in the beauty of ancient olive groves.
Cozy and spacious accommodation, equipped with everything, very comfortable beds, a livable and panoramic terrace. The owners welcomed us with courtesy and kindness, also giving us products from their garden. The sea and the city are reached by two roads that cross terraces cultivated with olive trees.
