The villa is suitable for parties and weddings; a small chapel belongs to the estate.
The villa is an ideal starting point for trekking tours, mountain biking, horseback excursions, mountain hikes, and motorcycle rides. Sailing and surfing are also possible on the nearby Lake Lago di Bilancino. The villa has been renovated with great attention to detail and is tastefully furnished in part with antique furniture.
With 600 m² of living space, it offers plenty of room for up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms and a total of 7 bathrooms, including 3 bathrooms with showers, 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, and 2 guest toilets.
On the ground floor, you enter the spacious entrance area via the generous loggia, from there into the living room with fireplace and satellite TV. On the first floor there is the living room furnished with antique furniture, with satellite TV and fireplace, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and 2 further double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms.
Sleeping arrangements can be added for 2 small children.
The villa is surrounded by a very large garden with its centuries-old trees; the large pool (15 x 7.5 m; 1.50 m deep) is located 100m from the villa and offers shady spots under a large pergola. Under the shady loggia at the long table, guests can enjoy their meals outdoors. Sufficient private parking spaces are available to guests.

We'll be back.
Everything was great ... except for the missing cushions on the pool area loungers. Missing furniture on the back terrace and missing parasol at the front.
