Our holiday home has 320 m² of living space and is very spacious. It is located very quietly on the outskirts of Mariapfarr on 3 floors. Free W-LAN
Ground floor: large kitchen with dishwasher, micro and oven with dining table for 12-15 people incl LUNGAUCARD
The living room is about 35m² and has 3 large tables for sitting with satellite TV and fireplace with access to a sunny terrace. Wood for the stove is available.
Next to the living room there is a playroom for our little guests with lots of toys like a football table and many other toys (if needed there is a sleeping possibility for 1 person)
1st floor: 4 double rooms with 4 showers and 3 WC, terrace, (2 extra beds if needed)
2 floor: 2 double rooms with bathroom and WC and kitchen
if needed 2 double rooms on the lower ground floor
Beautiful fenced garden with barbecue and children's playground
Parking place for 5 cars in front of the house
Free W-LAN in the house.
On the first floor there are 4 double rooms with 4 showers and 3 WC. All rooms have access to a large, sunny balcony
On the second floor is an apartment with 2 double rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet
In the basement is a sauna. Washing machine and dryer are available.
Wellness: normal sauna and infrared cabin.
All beds are freshly made, enough towels available. The kitchen is well equipped.
Altogether we have 5 WC, 5 showers and a bath tub in the house. zimmer lhe, a bath and a WC. There is a sauna in the basement. Washing machine and dryer available. The fenced garden with children's swing, sandbox and barbecue invites you to sit. Suitable for groups of 12 -15 persons. Free W-Lan in the house
