The holiday flat (85 m²) is designed for 6 people. Besides three bedrooms, it offers a bathroom with shower/tub, a guest toilet, a shower, a small kitchen and a living/dining room. WLAN is possible. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer available. The kitchen has a (n) refrigerator, freezer box, cooker with oven and microwave. The holiday flat also includes the use of a small garden area. The entrance is separate. The rental price of 65 € per night refers to an occupancy of 4 persons in two double rooms including towels and bed linen. For each additional room with 1 person we charge another 15,00 €, for 2 persons 30,00 €. For a change of towels or bed linen, 5 € per set of towels and bed linen are to be paid. 50,00 € are due for 4 persons. Each additional person costs 5,00 €. It is possible to rent 3 ladies' bicycles. The minimum stay is 3 consecutive nights. The departure takes place on the day of departure at the latest at 10.00 o'clock. Arrival is by arrangement.

Location and surroundings of object
The accommodation is located in the centre of Burgdorf at the end of a dead-end street. The town centre can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. There is a large grocery store and a discount store in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful city park can also be reached in 5 minutes. The S-Bahn to Hanover/Celle can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Of course, there is also a bus. Burgdorf is a small town in the Hanover region (approx. 31,000 inhabitants) with many half-timbered houses in the centre. There are still many owner-operated retail shops and a large number of different restaurants. In the summer months from April to September, the horse market, which is known far beyond the region, takes place on the 3rd Saturday of every month. On the first weekend in October, the town festival "Oktobermarkt" attracts many thousands of guests to the town. Burgdorf is a particularly good place for cycling. The S-Bahn takes you to the main railway station in Hanover or Celle in about 20 minutes. In terms of road traffic, Burgdorf is well connected by the B188 bypass, A37, A2 and A7.
