Our semi-detached house has been awarded three stars by the German Tourism Association.
It is a non-smoking house.
It is equipped for six people and also has two large, stable children's beds (70 x 140 cm), so it is also very suitable for two families with a small child. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with a spacious sofa set, cable TV and radio. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, cooker, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Toaster and coffee machine are a matter of course. Further electrical appliances facilitate cooking. A generous dining table belongs to the second refrigerator for sufficient supplies and cool drinks is available in the storage room on the upper floor.
The bedroom on the ground floor is spacious with a modern box-spring bed. There is also another bedroom with two beds, which are also very suitable for seniors due to their comfortable height. We do not have bunk beds! The washing machine is in the shower room, a dryer is also available in the outside room.
On the upper floor there is a very large room with a wide double bed, comfortable recliners and extra TV and radio. This avoids "television conflicts". Those who want to read or just have their peace and quiet are also well accommodated here. There is also a toilet with washing facilities.
Two stable children's beds (70x140) and two high chairs are available free of charge.
There is a parking space at the house.
For nice weather there is garden furniture, so that you can also have breakfast outside. A barbecue is available.
We provide our guests with a beach chair on the beach free of charge
Bed linen is provided free of charge. A well-behaved dog is allowed by arrangement (5,- € per day). However, animals are not allowed on the couch or in the beds!

The house is quietly situated on the edge of a holiday home area behind the dike at the edge of Hooksiel. From here you can reach both the charming village Hooksiel and the Hooksmeer, Racecourse and water ski facility well.

Cancellation terms:
In case of a lodging ban, the rent will be canceled free of charge! If a tenant wishes to withdraw from the contract for any reason, they must do so in writing. The date on which the letter is received by the landlord is decisive. The following costs apply for a tenant's withdrawal: A processing fee of 50 euros is always due, - For withdrawal from the booking date up to 90 days before the rental starts, an additional 15% of the agreed rental price must be paid, - For withdrawal from 89 days to 40 days before the rental starts, an additional 30% of the agreed rental price must be paid, - For withdrawal from 39 days before the rental starts, the entire rental price must be paid. The transfer to another tenant is possible after written notification. The reason for withdrawal does not matter. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.

You can end the day comfortably at the barbecue on the terrace. Of course, there is garden furniture and a parasol.
You don't necessarily need a car, you can rent bicycles everywhere or bring your own.
