This exclusive property is situated in an absolutely secluded location in the heart of Tuscany, with lovely views over the beautiful hills and to the Etruscan provincial capital of Arezzo.
The peaceful farmhouse has been completely renovated, preserving the rustic ambience. So all the living spaces have beamed ceilings and the typical terracotta floors.
There are 2 equal-sized units with a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The bedrooms, two double and two twin bedrooms (the beds can be converted into a double), with 3 bathrooms have a small relaxation area with some fitness equipment. Additional 3 beds can be delivered.
There are 2 bright, large living areas and 2 kitchens available. These are equipped with all modern comforts such as dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, gas hob and electric oven.
The detached stone villa (40 ha plot) offers a magnificent view to the surrounding landscape with green forests and olive groves. The nearest neighbour is far away, so utmost privacy is completely respected.
The swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth: m), located not far from the house,
with its spacious sunbathing area is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
All guests can be seated in the shaded dining area nearby and can enjoy outdoor meals that can be cooked on the grill device or in the pizza oven.

The access road is easy to pass without problems even for very low vehicles.
You can walk to the next village, just 1 km away. There you find grocery stores, restaurant, bar, post office and a bus stop.
Also in close proximity there are attractive sports facilities: riding horses, tennis, golf (9 hole) or the spa.
Riding stable is 2 km away, tennis court 3 km. The property is located just 3 km from Arezzo, the ancient Etruscan city. It is an ideal base for day trips to the famous historic and cultural cities such as Cortona, Siena, Perugia and Florence.
The beautiful nature of this region is ideal for many activities such as cycling, walking etc. In addition you should not miss to taste the gastronomic specialties of the region.

Exceptionally well equipped house for several families. Peace and quiet guaranteed. Very well maintained area and family service. Friendly landlords. Altogether highly recommended. Pizza and bistecca included.
