Description
Our three holiday homes are in the holiday village Öfingen. This holiday home offers space for 4 people each, three houses are directly next to each other, so that it is ideal to spend your holiday here with friends.
Pets are also very welcome. There is a dog basket and two bowls in each house.
This house has one bedroom and bunks accessible via a ladder. The bunks are particularly suitable for children from the age of about 5. Here you have your own kingdom.
Furthermore, each house has a fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need.
A living room with large south-facing windows and a terrace. The terrace has garden furniture such as chairs, loungers, parasol and barbecue.
In the living room there is of course a TV, DVD player and a stereo system.
To avoid boredom, both houses are equipped with toys, board games, reading material, CD collection and DVD collection.

For the children there is a wonderful playground close to our houses. A table tennis table, a basketball hoop and much more complete the offer.
In winter, you can cross-country ski directly on a groomed trail from the holiday village.

Location and surroundings of object
On the edge of the Ostbaar, at approx. 870m above sea level with a wonderful view of the peaks of the southern Black Forest (Feldberg), a sunny retreat for a relaxing holiday.
Ideally situated between Stuttgart and Lake Constance, for excursions to the Swabian Alb and the Black Forest, which can be reached via the A81 motorway and yet is still in the middle of the - cycling - excursions to the "Swabian Sea" or perhaps visiting the old towns of Villingen, Donaueschingen & Rottweil - everything is possible! Our holiday homes are located in the holiday village Öfingen. The holiday home complex is terraced and offers a wide view over the eastern Baar to the northern Black Forest and, on a clear day, as far as the Swiss Alps. Bad Dürrheim (and its associated communities) is a state-recognised health resort at an altitude of approx. 700 - 870 m above sea level.

Little time out
There were four of us in the holiday home and we liked it very much right away. The children loved their little kingdom under the roof. The house itself is very tidy and wonderfully furnished. The surroundings are really nice, we went for a walk almost every day in the vicinity to end the day. A few paths are good for inline skating. The view is a dream, especially because we come from East Frisia. From the location of the holiday home, we could easily reach everything (shopping, excursions).

Very beautiful and recommendable
The holiday home is beautifully situated on a slope with a great view. The furnishings are perfect, there is really everything you need to feel at home, and even loving little things have been thought of. We immediately felt at home.

Pure relaxation with great landlords
We had a great weekend with our dog. Very friendly landlords. The holiday home is incredibly cosy and is totally super equipped. There is really nothing missing. Great view from the terrace and great for long walks. The price-performance ratio is more than fair. We will be back!!!!

Sehr gutes Ferienhaus
The vacation home fully met our expectations. Everything intact and very clean. A complete equipment. We hardly stayed in the holiday village itself. I was there with my son and my partner. Mr. and Mrs. Meiß were very friendly.
