Unbeatable location!!

This year we were six (2 adults, 4 children) for the second time guests in this house, and it was even more beautiful than the first time. Probably because we were already familiar with the place and the house. The house is located in an invaluable location, 2 minutes on foot from an absolute dream beach. Sardinia is definitely not called "Europe's Caribbean" for nothing. The beach is very wide, white sand, turquoise crystal-clear water, a small area where you can rent sunbeds with a nice beach bar, otherwise you just stick your umbrella in the sand wherever you want and enjoy. And it is not overcrowded (there's more going on on weekends)!

In the small village, everything is within walking distance, from the minimarket to Spar, bakery, pharmacy, market, amusement park, and several very good restaurants at absolutely moderate prices. The house is clean, everything is in order, and everything you need is there. The beds are very comfortable. It was great to have 2 bathrooms for six people. If it gets too warm, you can also turn on the air conditioning in the house. Everything is kept simple and a bit aged but - as described - very clean and well maintained. The garden is also very nice, and the stone shower is very practical; you can rinse off the sand here before going further into the house. On the shady terrace, we always had lunch; it is very pleasant there because there is always a breeze.

The warm and friendly hosts organized the transfer to/from the airport and were there to help whenever we needed something. Guests can also enjoy homemade jams and a bottle of wine here.

Relaxing beach holiday

We didn't miss anything and therefore nothing stood in the way of relaxation. We felt comfortable in the house Mary from the first minute! We only knew the place before, but not the vacation rental. So we relied on the reviews and they did not disappoint us. We were completely satisfied with the choice of this vacation home! We want to come back :-)

Dream vacation

My husband and I have now been to this beautiful and well-maintained holiday home for the 4th time. There is nothing missing there!! The beach can be reached in 2 minutes and the beautiful terrace and garden invite you to linger. The hospitality is unique. Every wish is read from the lips.
Once again it was a wonderfully beautiful holiday and the weather and sea could not have been better.

You can't do better than that!

The house is in a prime location, very clean and well-maintained - simply a dream! Even the parking space was covered, which was not insignificant at these temperatures. The garden is also well-maintained and invites you to linger. Restaurants and shops are easily accessible within a few minutes' walk. The landlords are friendly and very accommodating. The price-performance ratio is also spot on!

In June/July, we spent 2 great holiday weeks, just a stone's throw away from the sea, in a very spacious and extremely well-maintained and clean holiday home of our dear landlords. It couldn't have been better! Always approachable and very helpful, jam, wine and water for welcome. Great communication. Thank you very much for that.

Highly recommended holiday home near the beach

The beautiful holiday home of the Mameli couple, close to nature and the beach, is highly recommended in every respect! Whether with children, in a group, as a couple or alone - the best relaxation is guaranteed thanks to many practical things (such as nearby shopping, restaurants, excursion options, proximity to the beach, etc.). We have already had very good experiences here. In addition, there is the pleasant hospitality and the natural service that rounds off the holiday beautifully!

Absolutely recommended for family, bathing and relaxation holidays

The hosts: They speak German! :) The two of them are absolutely dedicated and their top priority is to make the guests feel at home in their house. They really succeed in doing this very convincingly! Home-made jams and wine, as well as fruit and vegetables from their own garden await you as a welcome. In just one day, the broken washing machine was simply replaced without any fuss, and we were able to contact the lovely landlords with any questions and received immediate help/support! Many thanks for that! In between, they also asked us how we were and if everything was OK. And to say goodbye, we were given homemade, typical Sardinian sweets, which not only the children were very happy about

About the house: The location is a dream! Only a one-minute walk between gardens separates us from the enchanting beach and the sea, which can only amaze you. It is not for nothing that Sardinia is called the Caribbean of Europe. We can only confirm this. Despite the high season, the beach was not overcrowded; everyone takes their own umbrella and lies down where they like it. By the way, an umbrella is provided by the landlords
The secluded garden with the stone shower was worth its weight in gold. After the beach, you quickly showered off, so you had little to no sand on the beautiful terrace or even in the house. The terrace with awning and beautiful, large seating area invites you to linger, we played cards with the children for hours and ate outside every day
The house offers everything you need, not modern but still very cosy! The beds are very comfortable, as is the sitting area in the living room, from which you can also watch TV. If it gets too hot, there is air conditioning in every room.

The place: Very small, a few restaurants, supermarkets, a very nice art market in the evening. Everything within walking distance! Absolutely recommended!

The perfect accommodation on the Costa Rei

The very well-maintained house is situated in the 2nd row from the fine sandy beach, so that you can take a refreshing dip in the sea in the morning before breakfast. The equipment of the house leaves nothing to be desired: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, electric cooker, air conditioning in the bedrooms. All this is not a matter of course in this region. Everything is very tidy and clean, the mattresses are of high quality. The landlord couple is very hospitable and takes great care with the handover. All shops for daily needs are within walking distance

All in all, the ideal accommodation for a very relaxing holiday. We like to come back every year!

Beautiful house almost directly by the sea

Beautiful garden, well-maintained furnishings, great stone floors and comfortable beds, and the house is in perfect proximity to the beach. The kitchen is also well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. The five of us enjoyed the 10 days in October very much and hope to see the very hospitable landlords, the Mameli family, again soon.

Simply top for beach vacationers

We were at Costa Rei for the 2nd time, but for the 1st time at Villa Mary. It was great! Right from the start, the warm and personal relationship with the landlords... no question remains unanswered. Then the great equipment with washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, and enough dishes, and everything works. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. The location is very quiet, at night you only hear the sound of the waves (if at all). We only used the outdoor shower during our entire vacation. It was simply delightful and no one can see into the garden or onto the terrace. The best part is that it only takes 2 minutes to get to the sea. There is nothing missing for a relaxing vacation there!

We can highly recommend the house Mary. The communication in advance with family Mameli was very good and the booking uncomplicated. The house is in the second row on the beautiful beach, and at the same time there is a bakery, a butcher, various restaurants and two smaller supermarkets within walking distance. The house is very well maintained and well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) and has two full bathrooms, which are also large for a holiday home. Wi-Fi can be received via the Costa-Rei wifi network for a fee, although we would rather recommend a data sim in a router with sufficient data volume (we had 25 GB via Ortel). It is also great that there is a solar thermal and a PV system to use renewable energy.

Dream location, perfect relaxation

The holiday home is perfectly located in the second row to the beach, which can be reached via a direct footpath within a minute. Costa Rei is a dream bay with white sand and azure blue water. Especially with children, the location is very convenient since you can always quickly go back to the house without having to plan a complete move to the beach.

The house itself is very well-maintained and tidy. On arrival and departure, the uncomplicated and very friendly landlords come to show you everything. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, which is very pleasant. The house is also well equipped (kitchen, washing machine, grill, loungers in the garden, etc.). There is also a wide selection of German TV channels. Only internet is not available. However, there is also reception of a public Wi-Fi network in the house, for which you can buy access credentials. Overall, it was a great and relaxing vacation in a fantastic holiday home.

10 Days in a Small Paradise

Not for the first time, we were on Sardinia and also not for the first time in Costa Rei - but this time in a house where everything fit and which is in good condition. Furthermore, the care provided by the owners of the house was very warm and personal. Just a few steps from the beautiful beach, you can enjoy your vacation. Especially in the evening on the covered terrace with the sound of the sea. Wonderful!

Vacation in paradise

In the house, everything needed for a perfect vacation for a family is available (great large fridge, dishwasher, good kitchen equipment, etc.). If you don't want to cook at home, there are numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Left nothing to be desired.

Equipment with washing machine, dishwasher, etc., everything you need. Very nice terrace and well-kept garden. Covered carport on the property. A few steps to the beach. All restaurants and shopping opportunities within walking distance. Very quiet location.
The holiday home comes highly recommended. The landlord is always easily accessible for questions. We will come back.
