The haus is situated in gravedona ed uniti a village of the shore of the lake of como 50km from three different ski area, 90 km from milano and 40km from switzerland.
Here is possible to do many different sports like windsurf,kytesurf, sail, hiking ski, mountain bike, tennis.
There's also a swimming pool and a free beachin gravedona. the flat is situated 5 min walk from the center where you can find a lots of restaurant bar and shops, 10m from the bus stop, and 50m from the lake and a very small beach
