Our holiday home
Our holiday home has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A large playground with climbing tower, slide, swing and table tennis table. Two large terraces with garden furniture, garden lounge, sun loungers, barbecue and an electric awning. In the house there is a spacious cooking, living and dining area. The dining area includes a 90cm x 180 cm dining table with 6 rattan chairs (children's high chair also available). The living area consists of a high-quality couch set with a comfortable TV armchair and coffee table as well as a large LED TV with Blue-Ray/DVD player. A telephone and a separate reading area are available.
The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with a large freezer and plenty of pots, dishes and glasses. On arrival all beds are made. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom (180 cm) with box spring bed. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with a floor-to-ceiling shower. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom (180 cm) and a single bedroom (140 cm). There is also a spacious, sunny recreation room with additional sleeping accommodation (sofa bed): Billiard table, LED-TV with a Nintendo Wii including games for young and old, reading corner, play corner, additionally a travel cot for children can be added. The bathroom in the upper area also includes a flat shower facility. A washing machine and dryer are available, as well as underfloor heating throughout the holiday home. High quality insect screens on every window. For your safety there is a smoke detector in every room. There is also a permanently installed safe. All furniture and objects in the house are new. There is a lockable storage room for bicycles.

Directly at the Thülsfelder Talsperre, only 150 m from the main beach. There are several restaurants nearby, such as Seeblick, Hotel Dittrich and Einhaus.
The holiday home is located on a 403 sqm plot in the new holiday home area "Am Katzenstein" directly at the Thülsfelder Talsperre. From the holiday home it is only 150 m to the main bathing beach. At the dam you can hike, cycle, fish, swim, golf or just laze around. The Climbing Park North, the Animal and Leisure Park Thüle, the indoor play paradise Mollibär, the golf course facility for beginners and professionals, an adventure playground, the leisure pools Aquaferrum in Friesoythe, the Olantisbad in Oldenburg and the Soestebad in Cloppenburg are all in the immediate vicinity. The museum village in Cloppenburg should definitely be visited. There are good shopping opportunities in Garrel. The town centres of Cloppenburg and Oldenburg are ideal for shopping. Beach: km

Beautiful time out
The holiday home is beautiful. We came in and immediately felt at home.
Everything you need to relax is there. The peace and quiet is a dream.
The pool table in the upper room is a highlight

Very nice holiday home
We enjoyed the short holiday in the holiday home very much. The house is very well maintained and has everything you could think of. The proximity to the dam invited us to go on extensive bike tours. The landlady gave us a nice welcome. We will definitely be back.

Simply... RECOMMENDABLE!
The Vier Jahreszeiten holiday home is more than recommendable in every respect.
The quiet area at the Thülsfelder Talsperre is outstanding. It invites you to relax and linger. The almost 11 km long circular cycle path around the dam is also ideal for the older generation.
Many small and large attractions (e.g. Meyer shipyard) are within easy reach by car.
But now to the house.
Sometimes we are at a loss for words, but this house was worth every minute of the holiday!
Whether the weather was good or bad, everything was thought of here. A very lovingly designed outdoor area invites you to sunbathe or have a coffee in the green. And if it should rain, everything is ready for cosy hours in the house. Thanks to the billiard table and the ping-pong table, boredom is never an issue.
A big thank you to the landlords, the Bruns family, who make such a beautiful house available to holidaymakers.
There can only be a five-star recommendation here!
We will definitely come back again.

5 star vacation ....☆☆☆☆☆
This beautiful holiday home is absolutely recommended. After a very warm welcome by the landlady, we thoroughly enjoyed our 4-day stay. The equipment was perfect and the furnishings were carefully coordinated down to the last detail. The "games room" provided us and our 12-year-old daughters with enjoyable hours. We will gladly come back - then in the summer months to be able to use the great outdoor area.
