The new apartment is located in a quiet part of Fažana, 700m from the center, 600 m from the beach, 500 m from shops, 350 m from the restaurants. Fažana is a pearl on the west coast of the largest Croatian peninsula - Istria, and proud of its fishing tradition and the atmosphere where already with the first handshake each guest becomes a neighbor and friend, and is part of a large family.

We were 6 people in the apartment.
I would suggest 2 improvements:
1. The description does not mention that there is a very narrow spiral staircase leading to the upper floor = our apartment, which could pose difficulties for people with mobility impairments.
It was manageable, but I think this should be mentioned in the description.
2. Mosquito nets would be highly recommended for the windows.
Otherwise, very satisfied, very nice hosts. The beach is easily accessible within a pleasant 10-minute walk. We were very satisfied, thank you.

Beautiful holiday apartment for groups
We were eight people in this apartment for a week and we really liked it. Positive: The pictures correspond to reality; contact through the agency was smooth and fast (broken but understandable German); agency provides excursion tips and exchanges money at a good rate; spacious layout of the apartment; essential kitchen utensils available; air conditioning and WLAN free and functioning well; 10-minute walk to the beach
Neutral: On the ground floor, there is a bored dog that barks relatively often, but is actually very friendly
Negative: Communication with the actual landlord is a bit difficult; shower curtains could be replaced (somewhat dirty, but since the shower is large, you can avoid them); towels and bed linens somewhat stained
Definitely a perfect apartment for smaller groups with a modest budget who want a mix of beach relaxation and activities.
recommend for: holiday with children, cultural and sightseeing holiday, beach holiday
