Treat yourself to some time out in a maritime location directly on the Schlei and Baltic Sea - "The Beach House" scores on 93 m² with top modern, luxurious furnishings and comfort for up to 5 people on three living levels
The living room is equipped with a cosy couch and adjoining open kitchen, where delicious meals can be created and eaten at the large dining table. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace on the ground floor, which faces west: end your eventful holiday days with a glass of wine and enjoy the From the roof terrace, you have a great view of the harbour of the Baltic Sea resort and the Schlei and can enjoy beautiful sunsets
And should the Nordic weather not be so perfect, you can really enjoy yourself in our beach villa and unwind with a bubble bath in the whirlpool tub and an extensive sauna session
Our guests have two bedrooms on the 1st floor at their disposal, which are equipped with a double bed and two single beds. In addition, the lounge room on the 2nd floor can be converted into a bedroom for a 5th person if required; during the day, the single bed serves as a comfortable sofa
In addition, the non-smoking house is equipped with central underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi and a washing machine
Directly in front of the house there is also a private car park with charging station for e-cars.

Location and surroundings of object
The beach villa "The Beach House" is located in the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz, only 50 metres from the beach of the resort and in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei, Schleimünde and the Baltic Sea. The Ostseeresort Olpenitz is a district of the town of Kappeln and is located directly on the Baltic Sea and the Schlei. The centre of the town of Kappeln not only offers sights (Schlei-Klapp Bridge, baroque St. Nikolai Church, herring fence, Dutch windmill Amanda with historic sawmill), but also a wide selection of gastronomic establishments, a fish smokehouse, and several small shops and boutiques
Note: The "Ostsee Resort Olpenitz" is being developed from the former Olpenitz marina. Infrastructure such as marina buildings, restaurants and roads are planned or under construction. Work on the development will continue in 2018/19 and the following years, so construction activities on the site and in the neighbourhood are to be expected.

Super beautiful
We felt very comfortable in this house. Everything is available, spotlessly clean, and as described in the text. Although the house is on the side away from the beach, it is just a few steps around the house to the bathing cove. The booking and key handover worked wonderfully. We would love to come back!

We were super happy and had a great time in Kappeln and Port Olpenitz. The house is wonderfully located with a very nice view and very nicely furnished. The service was perfect. We would love to come back.

Great house, but that's it.
The house and the facilities are great, and behind the house, there is a small beach that is ideal for young children. The photos are a bit misleading because you cannot see the beach from the house. Otherwise, there is nothing happening at all. Even to get bread rolls, you have to drive 6-7 km. The stretch of beach is maybe 100 m long, so no beach walks are possible, just along the road to view new buildings. There is nothing for older children! No playground, no place to play football, just nothing. So you have to drive out daily and explore the area. Unfortunately, we tried in vain for 8 hours to reach our "project manager," as we had to leave earlier. In my opinion, that's unacceptable!

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und Ihren Kommentar. Wir haben den Umstand bzgl. der Schlüsselübergabe bei Ihrer Abreise mit dem Verwalter angesprochen. Aufgrund Ihrer früher als geplanten Abreise ist es zu einem Missverständnis bei dem Projektmanager gekommen. Dieses ist angesprochen worden und sollte nicht wieder vorkommen. Der Bau der neuen Marina in Port Olpenitz mit neuen Geschäften, Bäckereien, etc. wird einen sehr positiven Effekt auf die Infrastruktur in Port Olpenitz haben. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass Ihnen das Haus so sehr gefallen hat. Wir hoffen, Sie in Zukunft dennoch wieder als unseren Gast empfangen zu dürfen.

We really liked the proximity to the beach! The dense development is a disadvantage. We give 5 stars for contact with the agency. The dining room chairs are uncomfortable.

Great holiday home!
We particularly liked the sauna, the great furnishings and decoration, but above all, the proximity to the beach! The rooftop terrace offers a picturesque view.
