The house 1 Casa Gebhard has a living-dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, a covered shaded terrace with awning table and chairs, a large sun terrace with garden furniture and parasol and sun beds, flower beds and potted plants.
The house 1 has plentiful for 4-5 persons. In the kitchen with Granitabdeckfläche makes cooking fun. Cooking takes place on a electr. Ceramic hob instead, warm water put an elec. Boiler, additionally it gbt a dishwasher, crockery and cutlery for about 12 people, microwave with grill and hot air, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, blender, electric. Juicer and kettle.
A washing machine, vacuum cleaner, broom and squeegee for in between.
For a wrinkle-free holidays provide an iron and ironing board. A safe secures your papers. In the 2 shower rooms with WC, is ever a hair dryer and a cosmetic shaving yet.

Location and surroundings of object
The resort CAS GEBHARD is located about km north of Vinaros and about 150m from the sea.
The facility is on a 1200 square meters of land which is enclosed with high walls rustic.
On the property are 2 nice separate cottages and 1 Cl. House / apartment, which is attached to the house 1. The house 2 is only used privately. A covered parking lot, a 4x8m large pool, which is used by house 1,2,3. A barbecue area with table and benches made of granite and a beautiful garden with large shady palm trees. Vinaros located about 100 km south of Tarragona and 150 km north of Valencia on the Costa del Azahar, Spain Orange Coast. This stretch of coast has a constant climate, comparable with Majorca.
The coastline is flat and the enchanting mountains is about 30 km back into the interior.
The center of Vinaros with its 28000 inhabitants is km away and can be easily reached by car or bus.
Vinaros is a small fishing town which is over alive all year. With beautiful streets, squares, shops, an air-conditioned indoor market, harbor, marina, churches, bullring, a great palm-lined promenade, large sandy beach which accessibility to reach from the promenade.
There are many small restaurants and bars in the town and on the promenade.
Vinaros is very well known for its langostinos its gastronomy. On the promenade there are many restaurants, bars and cafes for a Verwilen.
Along the northern coast invite enchanting bays for a swim.

Morella, La Cenia, Valencia, Tarragona, Barcelona, Castellon, Ebro Delta, Peniscola, wine region Terra Alta. Tortosa and many Eremitas in the area.

Mega awesome vacation
We have been going to Spain for many years and I can say that we have never slept as well anywhere as with the Gebhard family. You can only rate everything as top because everything is top and above all, extremely clean. The landlords themselves are also super nice. There is always a contact person on site and you get valuable tips and information on various sights. Especially worth mentioning is a fantastically beautiful, well-maintained pool that leaves nothing to be desired. Even our grandchild felt very comfortable in it. The location is great...just 150m to the sea and about 15-20 minutes to the city. The price/performance ratio is fair and absolutely justified. We felt very, very comfortable here and will definitely spend our next holiday here again with pleasure.

Top landlords in Vinaros
This is the third year we have stayed in the accommodation and you can say that it is perfect for us. The house is spacious and well maintained. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired and the landlords are always approachable. The pool is nice and big and well maintained. The property is a little outside the town, so it is also nice and quiet. As a base, the entire coast and the hinterland can be explored from here. All in all, we can absolutely recommend this accommodation.

POOL, AIR CONDITIONING, WASHING MACHINE?
This time it was absolutely not nice! The pool was 33 degrees and kept turning green, smelled musty and was sticky due to lack of chlorine. The pump only ran at night! In the pool, the water edge was cleaned with washing-up liquid and a rinsing sponge!? The washing machine and the air conditioning were only available at night! Everything was on a timer!? WLAN/Internet constantly no connection.

Super holiday ,like every year for 13 years
The pool was always clean and the water quality was always right. The pool is professionally maintained 2 times a week by a pool service. We have been in the flat 13 times and have always been very satisfied.the pool was always clean and the water quality was always right.the pool is professionally maintained 2 times a week by a pool service.you could wash daily until 13:00.

Super holiday home
The apartment, near Vinaros, offers a lot of comfort. The location is highly recommended for a beach holiday as well as for excursions. The hospitality and helpfulness shown
Helpfulness was great. Due to the size of the entire complex, there are many possibilities for retreat, but also a varied offer. The price/performance ratio is also very good.
