Beautiful 4* flat, for 4 persons, offers guests who value comfort and first-class standard, the optimal solution for your Dalmatian stay.
The living area consists of a small entrance hall with wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms and a large living and kitchen area. The bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (180x200) and 2 single beds (80x200). The flat offers 4 persons all possible comfort with the highest level of quality. The kitchen, very modern and fully equipped, as well as the combination of the counter with a beautiful black granite top invite you to prepare various little things yourself on site, even if it is only the morning breakfast.
The living area, with its sense of detail, allows you to enjoy a pleasant stay even when the weather is not so nice or when watching various TV programmes that you might not want to miss on holiday.
There are 4 restaurants in the village, 3 of which are directly on the water. There is a small supermarket at the nearby campsite.
Several enchanting little bays invite you to sunbathe and the crystal clear water to swim, snorkel and dive. Everyone will find a quiet spot here, and a shady one if they like.
This is a non-smoking flat.
Pets are not allowed.
Everything else such as bed linen, towels, electricity, air conditioning, bicycles, Wi-Fi etc. is included.

A tourism tax (visitor's tax) of 1,50€ / 11 Kuna per day for guests over 18 years is to be paid on site. Children up to 12 years are free of charge, youths between 12 years and 18 years pay 1 € / 7,5 Kuna per day!

Dolac is a small coastal village, 2.5 km north of Primosten. There are numerous small bays in the vicinity, where you can always find a quiet spot. There are 4 restaurants in the village serving delicious Dalmatian specialities and fresh fish.
Primošten is one of the most famous tourist centres in Dalmatia (organised tourism developed in the 1960s), and one of the most beautiful small towns on the Adriatic coast, with many narrow streets in the old town, this hilly peninsula. Today Primošten is an important tourist destination, with many restaurants, pubs (called konobas) and cafe bars. The sight of the Babic vineyards on the surrounding slopes is a special experience of how the human hand can ennoble and fertilise even the roughest landscape. Beautiful beaches on the Raduća peninsula with crystal clear sea, white pebbles and green pines create a perfect natural wholeness. Don't miss the summer folk festivals- Primoštenske užance, which take place every summer in the authentic ambience of Primošten.

Four totally beautiful days ...
... we were recently allowed to spend in this great and lovingly furnished flat. :-)
The fact that the weather was fine and we could even go swimming was just the icing on the cake. We will be very happy to come back! :-)

Beautiful holiday flat in a dreamlike location
We spent 14 days in Primosten with our daughters. We received a very warm welcome and spent our time in a holiday flat that leaves nothing to be desired. The view from the two balconies is really an unimaginable dream! We enjoyed our holiday in beautiful, hospitable Croatia very much and will certainly come back again.
