The spacious holiday flat is located on the edge of the centre of our beautiful old town and invites you to explore the Ore Mountains.
In the Ore Mountains you can not only learn a lot about (silver) mining, but also take varied (adventure) tours to the space exhibition, the Zeiss Planetarium, the leisure pool or the adventure climbing forest.
Of course, you can also learn the tricks of the folk arts of carving and lace-making or how to make the "Weihrichkarzl" (incense candles) or visit one of the fascinating mines along the Silver Road or enjoy the view of the church and castle of Schwarzenberg in the garden of the holiday flat.
The holiday flat offers space for up to 7 people on 95m² in two bedrooms and on the extra bed in the living room. In addition, 1 cot or baby bed (convertible) and a junior bed are available for the little ones.

I had booked a holiday flat for 3 people from 17 to 21 June 2022. We stayed in the slightly smaller flat, which is actually intended for 2 people with a child. I was very pleasantly surprised by the size and facilities
Very nice kitchenette with all the essentials (crockery, small electrical appliances), spacious living room and bedroom, etc
The view from the windows of each room gave a restful green
Outside, there is a beautiful large garden, which could also be used by arrangement.
We travelled by public transport (train) and it was not far to the flat (approx. 10 minutes).
I also have only positive things to say about the Haase family. Very nice, friendly and obliging. They cared about the well-being of their guests
No matter what the event, I will definitely book with the Haase family again next year.
I can recommend FeWo Haase with a clear conscience.

Short vacation in Schwarzenberg
Even though the Oldie Festival didn't work out this year due to the radio station RSA, we still planned to spend a few beautiful days on vacation in Schwarzenberg.
We, Bärbel, Jessica, and I, were not disappointed this time either. Beautiful weather, super great accommodation, the landlords Danilo Haase and his family were very nice and caring landlords, who also made sure that we didn't miss anything in the apartment.
We rented from the Haase family for the second time and I can truly say that everything was fine this time as well. Mr. Haase had an open ear if something wasn't going quite right, and small flaws, which were really not worth mentioning, were promptly fixed (kitchen window opposite the kitchen sink, etc.).
Both dogs, which are also in the house, were very trusting and of course received the appropriate strokes from us.
Pets are allowed here by arrangement.
I have now booked for the third time with the Haase family, for the month of August, and I am looking forward to our reunion.
I can recommend the vacation apartment, as well as the apartment with the Haase family, with a clear conscience.

Total failure
The offered vacation apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, are located in the landlord's residential building. Upon entering the shared hallway, scattered shoes, clothes, flower pots, jam jars, and cleaning supplies catch the eye. When opening the apartment on the ground floor, a pungent smell of chlorine greets you, mistakenly believed to signify cleanliness. The smell gets even worse in the bathroom. There are urine stains under the toilet bowl, the shower, the sink, the bathtub, and even the toilet itself are dirty. In front of the shower, something to prevent slipping is stuck, which is also completely dirty. A carpet is in front of the bathtub, lifting this carpet reveals shoe marks on the tiles. Everything is dirty under the sink cupboard. It goes into the kitchen, where immediately a very grubby sink stands out, with a similarly grubby dishcloth and sponge lying on it. The living room is large, the bedroom as well, but also everything is dirty. In the upstairs apartment, the same picture is offered. The toilet was used there and not flushed. In the hallways leading to the upper apartment, everything is also cluttered and dirty. We wanted to stay overnight with four adults and four children, which was not possible in these apartments, so we were disgusted.
We had to find another accommodation in the late afternoon.
This vacation rental cannot be recommended to anyone.

It was a lovely stay for the whole family. We enjoyed the evenings by the fireplace
There were also enough beds for the children.
Unfortunately, the dishwasher broke, but it was replaced within 2 hours... in this respect: Top!

Everything is well equipped, clean and great for a family with four-legged friends:
We were able to spend a few days in the apartment with the Haase family during the autumn holidays....
Nice landlords, well-equipped and clean apartment. Great location with a view of the castle and the old town is within walking distance!!!
On already very cool evenings, we could warm our feet at the cosy stove fire.
Beekeeping by Mr. D. Haase, with the possibility to buy delicious honey.
Children and dog were immediately welcome and were allowed to use "playtime" in the garden
We were thrilled and will certainly come again (:
