The spacious holiday flat is located on the edge of the centre of our beautiful old town and invites you to explore the Ore Mountains.
In the Ore Mountains you can not only learn a lot about (silver) mining, but also take varied (adventure) tours to the space exhibition, the Zeiss Planetarium, the leisure pool or the adventure climbing forest.
Of course, you can also learn the tricks of the folk arts of carving and lace-making or how to make the "Weihrichkarzl" (incense candles) or visit one of the fascinating mines along the Silver Road or enjoy the view of the church and castle of Schwarzenberg in the garden of the holiday flat.
The holiday flat offers space for up to 7 people on 95m² in two bedrooms and on the extra bed in the living room. In addition, 1 cot or baby bed (convertible) and a junior bed are available for the little ones.

Please note: The apartment is not barrier-free, as it can only be reached via a staircase.

I had booked a holiday flat for 3 people from 17 to 21 June 2022. We stayed in the slightly smaller flat, which is actually intended for 2 people with a child. I was very pleasantly surprised by the size and facilities
Very nice kitchenette with all the essentials (crockery, small electrical appliances), spacious living room and bedroom, etc
The view from the windows of each room gave a restful green
Outside, there is a beautiful large garden, which could also be used by arrangement.
We travelled by public transport (train) and it was not far to the flat (approx. 10 minutes).
I also have only positive things to say about the Haase family. Very nice, friendly and obliging. They cared about the well-being of their guests
No matter what the event, I will definitely book with the Haase family again next year.
I can recommend FeWo Haase with a clear conscience.

Short vacation in Schwarzenberg
Even though the Oldie Festival didn't work out this year due to the radio station RSA, we still planned to spend a few beautiful days on vacation in Schwarzenberg.
We, Bärbel, Jessica, and I, were not disappointed this time either. Beautiful weather, super great accommodation, the landlords Danilo Haase and his family were very nice and caring landlords, who also made sure that we didn't miss anything in the apartment.
We rented from the Haase family for the second time and I can truly say that everything was fine this time as well. Mr. Haase had an open ear if something wasn't going quite right, and small flaws, which were really not worth mentioning, were promptly fixed (kitchen window opposite the kitchen sink, etc.).
Both dogs, which are also in the house, were very trusting and of course received the appropriate strokes from us.
Pets are allowed here by arrangement.
I have now booked for the third time with the Haase family, for the month of August, and I am looking forward to our reunion.
I can recommend the vacation apartment, as well as the apartment with the Haase family, with a clear conscience.

Absoluter Reinfall
Die angebotenen Ferienwohnungen, eine im Erdgeschoss und eine im oberen Geschoss, befinden sich im Wohnhaus des Vermieters. Schon beim Eintreten in den gemeinsamen Flur fallen die überall herumliegenden Schuhe,Kleider,Blumentöpfe, Marmeladen Gläser, Reinigungsmittel auf.
Beim Öffnen der Wohnung im unteren Geschoss, kommt einem der beißende Geruch von Chlor entgegen, was fälschlicher Weise für Reinheit sprechen soll.
Im Badezimmer wird der Geruch noch schlimmer. Unter der Toilettenschüssel befinden sich Flecken von Urin, die Dusche ,das Waschbecken, die Badewanne und auch die Toilette selbst sind schmutzig. Vor der Dusche klebt ein Etwas gegen Verrutschen, welches ebenfalls völlig schmutzig ist. Ein Teppich liegt vor der Badewanne, beim Hochheben dieses Teppichs zeigen sich Schuhabdrücke auf den Fliesen. Unter dem Waschbeckenschrank ist alles schmutzig.
Es geht in die Küche, wo sofort ein ganz schmuddeliges Spülbecken auffällt, auf dem ein ebenfalls schmuddeliger Spüllappen und Schwamm liegt.
Das Wohnzimmer ist groß. das Schlafzimmer auch, aber ebenfalls alles schmuddelig.
In der oberen Wohnung bietet sich das gleiche Bild. Die Toilette wurde dort noch benutzt und es wurde nicht abgespült.
In den Fluren die zur oberen Wohnung führen, ist ebenfalls alles vollgestellt und schmutzig.
Wir wollten mit vier Erwachsenen und vier Kindern übernachten, was in diesen Wohnungen nicht möglich war, so hat es uns geekelt.
Wir mussten uns am späten Nachmittag noch eine andere Unterkunft suchen.
Diese Ferienwohnung kann man niemandem empfehlen.

It was a lovely stay for the whole family. We enjoyed the evenings by the fireplace
There were also enough beds for the children.
Unfortunately, the dishwasher broke, but it was replaced within 2 hours... in this respect: Top!

Everything is well equipped, clean and great for a family with four-legged friends:
We were able to spend a few days in the apartment with the Haase family during the autumn holidays....
Nice landlords, well-equipped and clean apartment. Great location with a view of the castle and the old town is within walking distance!!!
On already very cool evenings, we could warm our feet at the cosy stove fire.
Beekeeping by Mr. D. Haase, with the possibility to buy delicious honey.
Children and dog were immediately welcome and were allowed to use "playtime" in the garden
We were thrilled and will certainly come again (:

Geräumige, sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo - ideal für große Familien
Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr günstig am Rand der Altstadt von Schwarzenberg, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, aber auch Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im näheren Umfeld kann man sehr viel erleben, so dass uns mit unseren 3 Kindern trotz eines total verregneten Herbsturlaubs die Zeit nicht lang geworden ist. Die Wohnung selber liegt sehr ruhig, hat einen Garten und ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Bei der Ausstattung fehlt es wirklich an nichts, man merkt, dass die Vermieter hier viel Engagement und Ideen mitbringen. Für Familien mit mehreren Kindern ein ideales Urlaubsdomizil - zumal auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Aber natürlich ist sie auch geeignet für andere Urlaubsformen. Wir hatten hier jedenfalls einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
