Description
Villa Eva in Medulin is a beautiful modern designed home for a great experience. Spacious area on more than 200 m2 is comfortable and well suitable for up to 9 guests. The surrounding area is covered with WiFi, and each room has air conditioning. All rooms are fully equipped and spacious and it is ideal for several families and/or business travelers. Each room has its own full bathroom.
The Luxury Villa is located only a few kilometers form the beach and it is well connected with all major attraction in south Istria. Shopping, sports and other experiences are easily accessible from this Villa. Historical city of Pula with its historical and monumental views it is only 8 km away from the Villa Eva. You can taste also one of the well known Istrian restaurants only 200m away. Near the villa is also Brijuni National Park (17km) with untouched nature and beautiful islands.
This Luxury Villa in Medulin also has a large outdoor swimming pool where you can spend your time and also you can have a perfect view to child outside playground. In the garden you can also enjoy a barbecue. A private parking lot for 3 or 4 cars is available on site.
Near the house (700 m) is situated one of the most popular cellar wine in Croatia, so you can enjoy the magic of wine in the southernmost Wine station in Istria. The winery and tasting room are open for groups up to 30 people.
Also horse riding, rent-a-bike service, surf station and other services are available in this village only a few meters away from the site.
At the beach (2 km away) you can also enjoy in one typical beach bar placed just a few meters from the blue transparent sea.

The villa is located in the small village of Šišan placed only 4km away from the centre of Medulin. The villa is about away from the beach. Set along 80 kilometers of indented coastline, in coves and bays are the picturesque towns of the Medulin Riviera. Just like on our planet, the sea accounts for more than three quarters of the Riviera.
The azure sea can be seen from any point of this narrow coastal strip, but the true magic begins once you immerse into it, whether only for a swim on the surface or to dive into its depths.
The abundance of flora and fauna is yet an additional reason to choose this area for a delightful holiday. Preserved, untouched nature on the one hand and comfortable, modern hotels, camps and apartments with a variety of activities on the other hand, provide ideal conditions for a perfect holiday.
