Description
The holiday homes are secluded near the Burger Schlossberg and can be reached via an unpaved, agricultural path. In the midst of greenery under large oak trees, the holiday homes with terrace are only a few metres away from the river.
Through the large window of the living area, from the terrace and also from the attic window, you have a wonderful view of the little frequented "Große Fließ" and the surrounding area.
The combined living, cooking and dining area on the ground floor is equipped with satellite TV (48 inch), fireplace and fitted kitchen. The seating area consists of a pull-out corner leather couch. The generously equipped kitchen has a cooker with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The fully tiled bathroom is adequately equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin.
A staircase leads to the attic, which houses the open sleeping area (peaked roof). Here, 2 box spring beds (possible as a double bed) as well as a single box spring bed are available. XXL duvets (155 x 225 cm) ensure pleasant sleeping comfort.
A children's (travel) bed and / or a children's high chair can be provided on request.
On the raised terrace there is a rattan seating set and a covered garden swing. From there you have a wonderful view of the surroundings.
On cool days, you can light the fireplace and enjoy the cosy warmth.
In the boathouse there is a large paddle boat for two persons. You can launch it via the jetty and explore the Spreewald. If you would like to explore the Spreewald on foot, there are two 28" aluminium trekking bikes available.

Lutki Paradise - pure nature and relaxation - we enjoyed every minute !
Everything was perfectly organised from the beginning!
We are from Berlin - so the journey was rather carefree and we also knew beforehand that the Spreewald is worth a trip - now we know that we will definitely come again !
-We found it remarkable that the house owners have thought about all details in the sense of the guests

-Instruction booklet clear and unambiguous
-Interior design in all areas very high quality and super equipped
With the bicycles - the paddle boat - the barbecue and the fireplace in the house we had an absolutely varied time.
If you don't like that, just go for a walk - enjoy the nature and watch - as we would say - the TV in the evening.

Pure nature in the Spreewald
We have spent a dream vacation in the Spreewald and gained many new impressions. The vacation house fully met our expectations. The oven, the bicycles, and the boat additionally enriched our vacation. The Heinze family was an attentive, friendly, and helpful host. Nature lovers are in good hands here.

Again and again with pleasure
We spent a really nice week in the Spreewald, which was also helped by this great accommodation!
The location is very quiet, directly on the river, nature and pure relaxation.
We were also surprised about the more than complete equipment and inventory, for this alone 5 stars.
2 bicycles, 2 canoes (kayaks) are available at any time.
The house is really furnished with love and one can only hope that the guests treat the inventory and equipment with care.
We will definitely come back and can recommend Lutki-Paradies without any reservations!
