We have 6 apartments at disposal, three of which are studio apartments and the other three are larger ones with a separate bedroom each. All apartments Ivica are 4-stars-categorized, which is only one of the indicators of the quality that our guests can count on.
With a high level of cleanliness all apartments offer air conditioning, free WiFi, LCD TV and a well-equipped kitchen. In addition, every apartment has its own parking space and a balcony, and our guests are also free to
use the terrace at the back of the house.
Apartments Ivica are only 150 m away from the sea and the nearest beach, and around 500 m from the Silo centre. Located in a very quiet street without traffic, near the sea and beaches, apartments Ivica are an ideal choice for families with children.

Apartments Ivica in Silo on the island of Krk are part of a family house which is situated in a quiet street just above the central sandy beach. The house is only 150 m away from the sea and the nearest beach, and around 500 m from the Silo centre. Silo is located in the northeast of the largest Croatian island, the island of Krk, which is because of its proximity and connections to the coast, the most visited tourist destination in Croatia.
Silo is a typical fishing village which has a large variety of beaches and small caves. Nearby you can find interesting diving and windsurfing locations and with long biking and running paths available you can count on an active vacation.

Schöner Urlaub in Kroatien
Es war ein schönes, sehr sauberes Appartement nur 3 Minuten vom Sandstrand entfern. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Terrasse im Freien ist auch sehr schön und praktisch. Der Ort selber ist schön und gemütlich, die Restaurants - günstig und gut. Alles in allem ein gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub. Vielen Dank Dado!!!

Ania z rodziną wakacje 2015
W apartamencie Ivica spędziliśmy dwa tygodnie w sierpniu i byliśmy zachwyceni. Bardzo mili i pomocni we wszystkim właściciele, apartamenty nowe, bardzo czyste, wyposażenie wspaniałe, blisko morza a z tarasu na drugim piętrze widok na morze. Gorąco polecamy dla rodzin z dziećmi, to były wspaniałe wakacje dziękujemy bardzo właścicielom.
