The beautiful and brand new Villa Darte in Kanfanar near Rovinj is not like any other villa. Everything in the house is adapted to today's needs. The villa is built with high quality natural building material of wood and stone. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own exit to the large and modern terrace with pool. Cribs can be set up. The garden is a mixture of wood, stone and grass. You will also find exclusive garden furniture, sun loungers and a large dining table for 6 people. From the dining and living room you have direct access to the terrace and the pool. The villa has 2 modern bathrooms with showers. One bathroom is in one of the bedrooms and the other is near the living room. The parking lot is located directly on the property and has space for 2 cars. The villa is located in the center of Kanfanar, it offers a lot of privacy and has no direct neighbors. It is surrounded by green trees and meadows. The city center is only a short walk away with interesting shops and restaurants. The villa is also equipped for persons with disabilities.

The discovery of the beauties of Kanfanar area you can not go around the sacral monuments: such as the church of St. Sylvester from the 13th century, the church of St. Mary of Lakuće from the 14th century and the church of St. Agatha from the 10th century. Century, the most important cultural monument worldwide cultural heritage - medieval city of Dvigrad which is dominated by the remains of the Roman basilica but anche the legend on the undiscovered treasure of the British pirate Captain Morgan, Draga as the area of fertile plowfields, wooded slopes and the Mediterranean herbs, Romualdo Cave as the habitat of three thousand bats or Lim Channel as a nature reserve.
