A holiday apartment on the outskirts of Alcossebre on the Costa del Azahar in Spain.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a villa on a plot of approx. 2000 sqm and offers direct access to the large garden and the pool area. There are 2 separate bedrooms, each with LED flatscreen and air conditioning

2 separate bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub
In the living area there is a large pull-out couch, sideboard, and a dining table with 6 chairs
A stereo system and large LED flatscreen with satellite dish for all German channels are available.
The bathrooms and living area can also be heated during the winter months. (Surcharge depending on consumption)
Bed linen and towels, as well as bath towels for the pool, are sufficiently available in the apartment.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for a household of 6 people.
In the garden there are many beautiful spots to truly let your soul unwind.
You can choose at any time of day whether you want sun or shade.
In the evening, the entire garden, the pergola, as well as the barbecue area and the pool area are beautifully illuminated. There are 5 loungers, a small bar, table and chairs in the pool area.
On the southwest side there is a large barbecue area with a stone oven and a large grill station with a separate refrigerator.
In the entrance area there is enough space for up to 3 cars.
Up to 6 bicycles are available to you for an additional charge (various sizes).
On the ground floor there are a washing machine and dryer for your use.

Parking The Costa del Azahar (Orange Blossom Coast) stretches south from Tarragona to Valencia and is - as its name suggests - covered by orange groves. In addition, olive and almond trees grow here as well, so over the entire year a beautiful evergreen sight is present. In an area where the oranges (and lemons) bloom, you feel transported due to the climate and fresh citric scent as if you were in Arcadia, because this Mediterranean coastal zone boasts 300 days of sunshine and seems to know no winter.
Alcossebre is the only coastal town without residential towers and this is a fact of which all Alcossebrians residents and their guests are proud of. Hence having avoided the mistakes of urbanization resulted that between Alcossebre and Peniscola (20 km) to date has the longest green zone (or reserve) of the Mediterranean coast of Spain.
Alcossebre is perfectly surrounded on the one hand by the sea, and from the other by mountains (Sierra de Irta nature reserve). This immediate vicinity to the sea and mountains makes it an ideal location for swimmers and hikers.
Another advantage of this geographical location is the "quite-calmness" because all traffic routes (eg national road, highway, railway) are located behind the mountain. These are actually not far away (eg motorway approximately 10 km), but not "felt".
Alcocer has several sandy beaches and small coves, which are classified in the ADAC reviews always very good (blue flag), it’s worth it to go on an adventure and discover the sand dunes and coves in this area.
Of course there are many offers of activities and things to do in this area. At the Marina (which offers an international gastronomy), offers all "water-usual" sports such as fishing, sailing, swimming, diving, surfing as well as golf and tennis and for the mountain lovers they offer mountain biking / cycling, horse riding and hiking. There are also plenty of cultural- and tour packages (city tours, costal tours, etc) to satisfy many needs and interests.

Really nice & quiet! Pool super, facility too!
The finka is located slightly away from the village and is therefore very quiet and without traffic outside! Large pool with pool bar, beautiful garden. Great complex! About 4 minutes by car to the sea. To be recommended.

The house is well equipped, and the property is really well maintained. The only negative thing to mention would be the air conditioning. It only runs during the day and not at night when it is actually needed. Furthermore, at the time of booking, a solo stay was assured. However, this was not the case as the ground floor was also rented out. It would be nice if they would inform you about this beforehand.
