The beautiful view from the balcony with side sea view. In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the promenade, beach, shops, and restaurants. Those seeking relaxation will find it here. The apartment was in a very clean condition. We would be very happy to come back.

The apartment was very clean and had a beautiful view of the sea, it only takes 5 minutes to get to the sea, everything was great, even with a dog no problem. We have booked with Rental Egmond for the 4th time and will definitely come back.

My view of the sea, sun and shadow on my balcony. Some things were renewed. New dishwasher, even a completely new kitchen. New washing machine, new mattresses. That was really necessary. The location was very good with a view of the sea. In 5 minutes on foot, you could easily reach the small shopping street and the beach as well. Everything you need is available in the apartment, though you should clean or wash everything beforehand.

From the outside, the high-rise character may take some getting used to, but it is a great apartment that has everything you need. We stayed with 3 adults and one child (6 years old) in the apartment and there was enough space. The beds are great and the bathroom is fantastic. We would come back anytime.

The apartment is nicely furnished, although the furniture is not very high quality. But beautiful colors and modern cozy. The bathroom was also very nice. The organization was great. From the armchair and balcony, you have a sea view. The balcony is beautifully sunny and sheltered from the wind.

Sterflat 59 has been my comfortable, regular place during the autumn period for several years. Very complete, although I - on my own - do not use the (dish)washer. A pleasant surprise was the stylish, luxurious, and brand-new kitchen! It took some investigation, but the manual was in the bottom drawer of the TV cabinet. Upon departure, I briefly spoke with the cleaners (from Uganda) in the hallway. I highly appreciate that 'Rentals Egmond' provides them with employment. Perhaps prompted by necessity, but be proud of it. Hopefully until next time and best regards, Gerda Arnold-Koster.

We have been to Egmond several times before and have also stayed multiple times at Sterflat (previously we enjoyed staying at the La Chatelaine apartments, which unfortunately are no longer available) - the very large building complex does not look particularly nice from the beach, but once you are inside the tastefully and cozily furnished apartments, you can enjoy the superb view of the sea!!! We were also very satisfied with the organization (we decided last minute).

The Sterflat is a bright spacious flat with, in my case, a view of the sea from the balcony. Inside, you can hear the waves roaring and everything you need is at hand. The service is practical and you can fill it in yourself. With the sea and dining options around the corner, the Sterflat is a delightful base all year round. I was there when the wind was whipping up the waves, you had to hold onto the doors, and it was nice to blow off steam between the showers. Egmond aan Zee is beautiful in all seasons, and your four-legged friend is also welcome. The bus stops a stone's throw away, you can easily reach Alkmaar for the cheese market, lunch, museum, or entertainment. I'm content with Egmond, sand, sea, cozy restaurants, and the shopping street!

We always like to stay in this accommodation. The landlords are very nice, friendly, and helpful. The house is very spacious but quiet. Since I have a mobility impairment, the location is excellent.
